Location very good Very good view of the Cathedral Elevator poor communication system. Unable to connect to front desk. The QR code scan to commtnicate with staff is barely functional. No room amenity except shower gel. No bottled water, no air conditioner, no refrig, no hair dryer, no pot to boil water No hotel staff in reception on Saturday No clear cut instruction on hotel rules Weak water pressure for shower and wash basin. no safety box

The location and view of the balcony were great. The elevator was very small. Some lights in the room were not working. There was a weird smell in the hallway.

The hotel staff is so lovely and helpful. We felt that we were guests at a private home rather than a hotel. The hotel is centrally located to sights and places to eat. Breakfast was delicious. We were there in a heatwave. The room cooled down at night with the window open but the street was a bit noisy.

Location was fantastic, central to everything. The place was super clean and the bed was excellent. You could reach someone with a phone call but place felt empty.
