Location Sparse. Small room.

Very central location, walking to everything Horrible customer service, typical of a tourist town
-
Very basic & sparse. Location however is the best. Car noise can be annoying.

Excellent Breakfast....very fresh and perfect boiled eggs! Super position with free car parking nearby Unhappy with a charge of Eu20 for the small dog, when no biscuits or bowls provided as in the UK for that money.

The location and access to the downtown area and restaurants were excellent. The room was very small, the shower was problematic, and the carpets seemed damp, and we questioned if it was related to the shower.

Room was OK Perssonnel not friendly

Good location and reception staff friendly and helpful. We didn’t stay in the main building our room was across the road at the top of a smaller building which was accessed via a steep staircase. The pictures of the quadruple room looks clean and inviting, however, that was not our experience. The bed linen stripy pillows were old and felt in need of a wash. One of the bed linen had a musty smell (the one you get when clothes are washed and not dried properly). The bathroom shower curtain had black mould at the bottom and the air condition unit had a container under it as it was leaking. The door stop was off and bare screw in carpet. Fortunately it was too near the wall to cause any harm. Our stay was for one night only thank goodness. A real shame though as St Emilion was beautiful.

Lovely little hotel in an unbeatable location in St Emilion - simple but quality and good value for money with friendly staff. Electricity went out so we had no electrics in the morning when we woke up but we were leaving so it wasn’t much of an issue.

Great location, nice breakfast. The combination of noise from the streets at night and a noisy A/C can make it hard to fall asleep.

The room we had didn't really look as nice as the pictures suggested. It was very dated and could do with a refurb.

Very céntralas described in the advert. Lovely room and one of the best breakfasts we’ve had at any place we have stayed in France It said there was parking, there was and it’s only a short walk away but it also said there was charging for electric vehicles and we weren’t asked if we required that. We didn’t but for those who do it needs to be included
