Hôtel Le Relais Saint Jacques

Great location because we did not have a car and took the bus a lot to neighboring towns. There is nothing that we didn’t like. Cyril and Florence were friendly, helpful, respectful.

Great hot water. Very good breakfast, scrambled eggs made to order Just that the balcony was hard to get onto

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept on. Excellent location. Very quiet, even in a front facing room. Staff were very nice and helpful.

We always stay at this hotel when in St. Jean de Luz. It's well located by the train station, dog friendly, and very comfortable.

Room was ample, clean, and comfortable. Location was excellent. The breakfast was basic but good, and the staff was efficient and welcoming. Safe, covered parking was less than a block away and needs to be reserved when you book your room. The hotel holds only 5 spaces. We would definitely return and recommend this small hotel. Was happy with our stay

Great location, great breakfast, great staff. Very easy access to train station and buses. Lots of variety for breakfast items, they even cook your eggs (they are not precooked buffet style) . Beautiful view of mountains from our room and so close to downtown squares and beach. Everything was great

Location,Room facilities excellent. Staff nice No safety Bar to aid in entering and leaving bathtub. Single key meant if two in one room , two could not go out separately at night as one without key cannot return first-room safe should be bolted to wall not loose closet shelf. No CNN

Great location directly across from the train station and within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Beach towels are provided. Friendly and helpful staff! Didn't like that we had to leave.

Excellent location! Staff super friendly. Steps from the old town with food drink and shopping a few feet from the front door. Elevator. Cold AC. Very small room and carpet dark and a bit dreary feel but didn't spend much time inside so it was fine. Would stay here again for sure.

Nothing, we had bugs in our room and the lady from the reception wasn't surprised at all.. we had to stay there because all the hotels nearby were full. So..I do not recommend this hotel.

Location Small bads

The location is perfect- across from the train/bus stations and a short walk to the main square and beach. For me, being close to transportation was a big deal, so it worked out. The building is a bit on the older side- but, that also comes with the territory of a historical town.

Location to the train station is great. Great price. They use a deodorizer that has a very strong scent that is not too appealing so The entire floor smelled Breakfast was fair.

Small hotel right next to train station. They rent (reserve in advance!) 5 parking spaces in underground garage (thsnk God!). We put the car in on arrival and didn’t have to contend with impossible street parking. Perfect location to walk to old city, beach, restaurants. It was s as great small hotel for an overnight (near fishing harbor)

Breakfast was varied and very good.

The bed was comfortable The room was very small. It did not have the impression it was super clean. It is a bit expensive vs the price

Location was perfect. Parking facilities amazing. Size of the bed, although it was mentioned in the room selection. Would have appreciated a refill of soap-shampoo.

The receptionist was very helpful, and we enjoyed our stay.
