The main entrance has a lot of stairs. But its worth it because staff are 10/10.

Super central location, you can walk anywhere. Modern hotel with good infrastructure. You can walk to the main beach. Lots of restaurants near by The room was not very clean.

A very well located hotel, walking distance to the beach and in the middle of everything. Best of all, their staff is wonderful

Location is close to everything. AC is strong, Staff very friendly. It smells nice, very nice. Electricity in the room is controlled with the keycard to enter the room and only 1 was provided. Upon leaving the room, all power turns off so unable to leave devices charging while outside doing activities.

I arrived early in the morning after arriving from Providencia. I booked the room 3-4 weeks before my arrival. It was my last night in San Andres before retiring home to Canada, after my vacation. They didn't have my room ready of course and they sent me away for several hours. Upon my return I was informed that they didn't have a room for me, and wanted to send me someplace else. Excuse was that there was a leak in the room. The hotel they sent me to was half the price, and a dump. I was so disappointed as I wanted a wonderful place to stay my last night. The only good thing was that the doorman helped me with my bags to the other hotel. See above

I liked how theres a room for guests to rinse their feet after returning from the beach. Towels were provided for the beach as well. The beach is about a 5 minute walk, along with everything else being easily accessible. Water & coffee are provided. Nothing. Everything was great.

Location is great simple nice room very good airconditioned . Does not give breakfast but juan valdez next door walking distance to shopping beach and restaurants Long stairs to reach reception no elevator if you habe mobility issues might be a problem there is a strong guy to help with luggage

Location was near the airport for an overnight stay on the way to providencia. If you are going to stay more than one night, don’t stay downtown. The room wasn’t very clean. There was hair everywhere. I had some doubts about whether the sheets were clean. I think they were, but not 100% sure.

No breakfast but convenient juan valdes next door If you have mobility issues there is s long staircase to reach the reception .be aware.otherwise great hotel

First of all, the staff is incredible! Kind and thoughtful, they made us feel welcome. Major thanks! The facilities are new and very clean, the room is comfortable and the shower was warm (we heard this is usually a problem in other hotels in the Island). Also, they offer water and tea as a courtesy and the amenities in the bathroom were high quality - the shampoo/body wash smells amazing!

The location is unbeatable, the hotel is impeccably clean, bed super comfy, shower great and with warm water and the reception team are simply amazing. All my requests were meticulously. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended. The only tiny thing is the door soundproof, as noises were getting in. But maybe it’s just in my room.
