The fridge and the coffee pot were nice conveniences. The room was tight, as the desk was way too big for the size of the space. The room was straightened every day but the sheets and towels didn't appear to be changed daily.

Location was convenient, with gas station and liquor store available late night. It was nice to have the option to walk to get food, to avoid extra stresses with traffic. The room itself. It was really run-down, the bathroom floor was warped and uneven, the shower screamed while it was on, and the musky, moldy smell in there was unbearable! By the end of our 2 day stay, I had a headache and difficulty breathing.

There was an OBVIOUS home less person in the hot tub with all of her clothes on trying to wash. The help walked by and never said ANYTHING to her. My husband saw it when he was smoking, we are going back to Santa Cruz this weekend but will NEVER stay there again!

Lights, ac and other electronics mere all unplugged - we had to hunt for cords and outlets. The room was extremely hot and took a long time to cool off.

From check in to check out everything was great. Room was clean. Hotel staff was very polite and kind. This is somewhere I would definitely stay again. The hotel has its main property building with the hotel office and then another building directly across where the pool is also located. I was offered to stay on either side. I chose pool side because the man who checked us in said that room separated the beds so since we had kids it gave us a little privacy. Again, I would definitely book again. Clean room. Great staff.

Older motel that shows it age. It has two locations across the street from each other and the road get busy. Very little parking so we had to park in the Asian restaurant across the street. It was quiet but still old and dirty.very costly for what you get.
