Parking fee of $23 per day wasn’t disclosed neither mentioned upon check in. Initially inquired about the parking system, the only reply I received from their front desk staff is “vallet only” and no fee was mentioned. The only time i realized it was on my check out. As a part of the customer service, i believe ALL possible charges must be disclosed…

It had valet parking, was very clean, the staff was really nice, and it wasn’t far from the beach. That they had minimal selection for the breakfast items.

Clean and quiet hotel and excellent service from the staff. It’s walkable distance to the beach and downtown.

We’ve stayed here before and are very pleased with the rooms, property, and closeness to the Boardwalk. It’s one of the few properties in the area that accommodate 5 people. Nothing

This is a lovely hotel but… the cleaners took a bag from the room. It was full of sweets and other items that clearly weren’t rubbish. It was no where near the bin. I think it was a mistake but a very annoying one. The reason I’m annoyed is the at the desk staff said they’d investigate and get back to me. I didn’t expect them to recover the items but they didn’t bother to follow up with me as they said th why would, that’s annoying mistakes happen but it’s all about the recovery.

Good Blanket could have been thicker. Blankets were too thin.

Clean, friendly staff. The sheets were stiff and had a rough texture.

The hotel was conveniently located so we could walk to attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Room not ready even after 1.5 hours of claimed check in time. Bathroom doors do not lock.

We were extremely impressed with the valet parking. They were so helpful and friendly! Special note, we had 5 very expensive mountain bikes and they had designated bike racks in the secured underground garage. Fantastic bonus!
