Rooms very comfortable and very kind staff.

The pool that’s it They fact that they up priced me when one I got a nonrefundable room on booking and when I got to the property, they charged me an extra hundred dollars and then I was on the seventh floor and my water would not get hot not only that my room would not get warm so I had to take a cold shower and come out to a cold room. Staff seemed racist and impatient and not understanding at all.

Decent location The hotel was dirty. My room was dusty and there was a stain on the sheet. This was our second room. The first room we were given the toilet did not work

Double vanity bath. Large and comfortable king bed. Excellent a/c. Only ONE electrical outlet, a combo built into a lamp base on the desk, with a 120v and 240 type C outlets. Both outlets were extremely worn out, as anything plugged in simply fell out from its own weight. We improvised by propping up the plug with coasters (paper). Also, the shower door would not close, leaving a half inch gap that let water out. Hotel was not close to anything. Cabs or Ubers required to go across the river without extensive walking.

The bed and pillow is great. Breakfast very good as well. I had a problem in my room (maintenance) so I needed to change it. The rooms are quite small.

Breakfast was just ok. Location was not near any shops or tourist attractions.

Excellent stay ! The situation, the staff, the food, the ambiance, the pool and the restaurant by the pool. Definitely we will come again, Thank you everyone to have made a big success of our stay ?? Everything

Full service resort style hotel catering to cruise tourists and conventions. Ample breakfast. Very nice pool area with bar and restaurant service. The hotel was quiet and good for relaxation post travel. Rooms are a little dared but clean. The location is nice but not walkable to offsite restaurants and bars.

Be careful in Santiago.

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to check in once we arrived so after traveling for 20+ hours, this was a delightful surprise. We had lunch at your restaurant and very good. We also enjoyed sitting outside by the poor area in the shade of course. I would recommend this to other travelers. I would have liked an ice machine on the same floor as our room as I enjoy ice water.

Loved this hotel! the breakfast was very good.

Luis at the front desk was wonderful. We arrived very late at night and he was prompt in getting us checked in so we could get to our room quickly and rest. Breakfast was nice, Concierge service absolutely wonderful All is all a great property Room 745 - we encountered a bit of an issue at night, which we did not report. The room is right next to the elevator shaft so all night we were hearing loud hums of the motors. That caused some issues with not being able to get a good night sleep

The view Was amazing Location was Super ?? perfect

Comfortable bed, beautiful views over city to mountains, good size room, ammenites, clean ! Room close to lift and quite noisy during the night with people talking early hours ( 3 am, 4am)

Location. Security staff was very rude and condescending . Front desk staff was always polite and ready to help.
