Location was close to historic square and we discovered our favorite local foods there. Easy walking to many attractions. Breakfast offered something for everyone. I loved the nuts, fruit and Kiefer. Room could have been larger with place to put open suitcase.

Very close to city Centre It is an old hotel with everything related to that trauma accommodation restaurant and even the stuff at the reception, you need to pay only in cash, and the bills (if you have USD) needs to be new, otherwise will not be accepted. Sometimes there are constructions around the area so it’s very noisy in the night.

I love the hotel because everything was clean and I enjoy the food in the morning. I love the hotel because is in the center of the city and was easy for me to transporte to another places

Parking. If you are travelling with a car be aware they don't have a parking lot right under or beside their hotel. I guess they work together with a parking lot that is 2 blocks away from the actual hotel. That's only down side of this hotel.

The room where just remodeled and they where dirty and the bathroom flooded the room.

I have a great time in the hotel and the swimming pool was amazing

It was near to the place I needed to go, and in the right center of Santiago, so everything I needed was near to the hotel. The Breakfast was very nice, it was the best thing of the hotel. Also, they got iron service which I really needed. There wasn't a confortable light in the room, also the windows aren't noise reduction, and the center of Santiago is very noisy, so, even though the bed was nice, I couldn't rest properly. Besides, the staff in reception wasn't aware of my iron service, so I had to insist to get my clothing back.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Like living in the middle of a construction zone Huge plumbing problems I rejected staying in 3 rooms because they smelled like sewage. Room I stayed in every time I flush toilet sink gurgled ,burped and stunk like sewage. Moved out of 2 rooms because of the construction 2 floors up. (Big Jack hammer) Room I stayed in smaller jack hammer one floor down

It is very outdated, old style, old furniture, probably decades of use. So it is clean, but you can't really get all the decades of dirt out of fabrics, wallpaper, etc. Location: on the intersection of a pedestrian and a regular traffic street. It is well located, easy to walk to many sites. There are cafes, restaurants, shops around. Room: like the hotel, outdated. Old doors and windows, which means you do hear louder people on the corridor and the traffic. However it gets pretty quiet at night. Bed: the mattress was firm, the pillows a bit soft. For some reason they decorate with some like 6 pillows which you can only drop to the floor. Gym: it has a small gym but it was enough for a full body workout. The equipment was well kept. They have an elliptical, a treadmill, a bike, a bench, a Life Fitness combination machine and a good sortiment of dumbells. The breakfast was basic and bad. Every day the scrambled eggs were undercooked and cold. The bread selection is basic. The spa and the massage place was under renovation. The pool was apparently open though.

Employees were “very professional”, helpful, and accomodating to our needs. Location is in the civic center. Breakfast was good. We had to move rooms because of the noise from the work done at the hotel, although I was willing to pay more for the apartment option they accommodated us free of charge. Apartment has a kitchenette . Double Room way too small, reception check in area or lobby its in 10th floor, hotel has a mixed occupancy with outside businesses on the 7th floor. Construction going on was noisy and not disclosed when booking. Pool had 4 pool chairs and it was really crowded. Open from aprox 12p to 9 p. No logical floor plans for this hotel. Pictures look a lot better than reality.

The restaurant is excellent breakfast lunch and dinner and is really the only decent bordering on fine dining in the central area of Santiago. The common area is that is the reception area, while located on the 10th floor a little strange, is more or less upscale, but the accommodations are very basic, although clean and serviceable. Moderately priced and in central location. Included breakfast was adequate. Personnel were friendly. Shower needed maintenance. Electric plugs were sparse and did not work reliably.
