The neighborhood is not very good. It's in the center of the city and very well lit in the neighborhood. The bathroom can use some basic upgrades. Adding a small rack to put refillable body wash, shampoo etc. instead of the tiny tubes would be great. The doors closing in a way that it wouldn't leak water out into the rest of the bathroom would also be great.

Tried to cancel 1 segment of our stay via Booking 1 month in advance and got no reply. Reception staff were distracted when receiving us (though cleaning staff were great). The specific street where the hotel is, is a bit dangerous with homeless people in there and so on, but 1 block away is the main avenue.

The breakfast was excellent. Ports for usb charging and a mini fridge could have helped and some face cloths

A lot of facilities close by. Great attention from all the staff. Some electric plugs were worn-out and the hairdryer intermittently shut-off.

The staff was friendly The bathroom was dirty with a sulfur smell and very outdated The neighborhood did not feel safe. Locals were yelling at us as we walked by to be careful with our belongings because theft is very common. There were close to zero good restaurants within walking distance under 10 min

Rooms were super clean, we liked that the best along with the staff that were great and helpful. Location is a bit sketchy and the size of the room we had (twin room) was not the best one.

The rooms were clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was great for exploring the city. Even though we only stayed for one night, my group and I really enjoyed our time here. It had a fun, hostel-like vibe with the convenience and comfort of a hotel. Nothing major stood out—we had a great experience overall.

Breakfast was good. Location good and quiet. Price good. C;ose to everything for shopping and transportation. Staff excellent and helpful. All spoke english. Gave great advice. Quiet room Terrible lighting in room. Need a small sofa and had to request a desk chair which was not provided. No face towel and one hand towel for two people.
