There was nothing we disiked!

Great location. Easy walk to the fabulous Pre-Colombian museum, Mercato Centrale and the cathedral. Tree lined boulevards just across the road. Loved the 22 metre pool and gym was really well set up. I missed having face washers, and avjug and milk for making tea. Chile is a coffee culture.

The location was excellent. We walked or Ubered wherever we went. The staff were very helpful. We had no issues.

Amazing location — just a short walk to most of the major tourist spots! The facilities were great, especially the pool and the on‑site restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. They even let us use the bathroom facilities after checkout because we had a night flight, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay. Adding more lighting at the front of the hotel would make late‑night returns feel safer.

It was a nice oasis in a chaotic city. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The only drawback was that this property is on a very busy street. It is near the main square so this may be a plus for some. I think we may have preferred a quieter area.

The entire experience was exceptional... the size and cleanliness of the rooms, the bar and restaurant and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location couldn't be better... easy walking to everything in the historic area. No suggestions

Elegant property - very central and walkable. Great breakfast.

Room was beautiful (King superior), bed was comfortable and the jet bath was just what I needed! Breakfast was great. You could order an omelet, cappuccino (instead of the coffee they go around pouring, which was also fine) - lots of fresh fruit, seeds, nuts, etc. This was the first place we stayed in South America and we ended our 7 week holiday back at this hotel. In the meantime, we had gone on an expedition to Antarctica and had a lot of heavy winter gear that we didn't want to drag around the rest of our trip. We sent a box full of our excess clothes to the hotel and they kept it aside for us for 6+ weeks until we returned! We had dinner there our last night and it was really lovely. Charming waitstaff, great food - highly recommend. All good!

There was no hot water. It wasn't even luke warm to shower. The bed had an old mattress. The aircon didn't work well. And for a 5 star property there were no bathrobes, tissues were like paper and towels were of a low quality expected of a 5 star hotel. I expected an old building based off the photos, but the rest was not great. And for the prices charged to not even include water or to charge for the coffee, was again not expected for a luxury property

Thomas at front desk really helped us with some transportation issues. He worked hard to get us a solution. Roberto in the restaurant was helpful and funny. Room was large and comfortable with all needs met.

Excellent welcome and accommodating staff - especially given last minute changes to our travel plans. Loved the historic nature of the building, the amenities, the breakfast, and the central location. The room was spacious and clean, with a small fridge and ample closet space. The shared areas were showing wear (dirty carpets) but everything else was great! Communication through Booking.com was not always answered or, if so, took a long time.
