Good size bedrooms, good location for meetings around providencia The middle elevator had issues stopping at my floor, I had to stop on the floor above or below and use the stairs, which I had to inform to the front desk

It’s very well located, right across from a supermarket and within walking distance of many restaurants The room service ordering system via QR code did not work, so I had to call every time I wanted to place an order. The hand soap and shampoo were not replenished at any point during my stay. The Wi-Fi quality was poor and unreliable, making it impossible to participate in a work meeting

Nice, typical hotel. Room was bigger than expected, clean and nice. In a nice neighborhood in Santiago Bed was a lil uncomfy, also found it weird that they make you pay extra for breakfast.

The staff was very helpful even though there was a language barrier. The property needed some renovations.

Rate expensive, no breakfast. I had to pay for 2 bottles of water. I am from Jamaica and I have booked many hotels and breakfasts were all included and the rates were a lot less than what I paid.

We booked a suit and it was very spacious, clean and nice room. Love it. None

It was clean, the rooms were big and the breakfast was excellent. Under no circumstances would they allow you to check in before 3. Not even at 2:58. They had people all over the lobby waiting and then a big line at 3pm. I found this rude and unprofessional and inconsiderate. This is the first hotel in all my travels that made us wait until exactly 3 pm to check in.

We were robbed in the road when driving . They took everything from us.. this is not the fault of the hotel, of course.. The assistant manager of the hotel, Gabriela, helped us with a great effort to remake the official papers, passport, pdi, etc.. I am grateful to her. Thank you Gabriela..

Location, nice room Elevators need some maintenance

Rooms were spacious, bar prices were good. Able to leave some belongings in storage while we went to Argentina

Rooms were large and beautiful Coud have provided more free bottled water

Location was excellent for going out and about. We felt safe in the area and enjoyed the local ambiance. No luggage porters.

Great staff. The hotel is a great vaule for room size, style, and location. It can get busy as Patagonia Trekkers check in en masse. But the staff can handle it. Very friendly. You sense a kindness that goes a long way. The Barrio Italia in 3-4 blocks south, so the location is great! Restaurants and bars and walking around so close by. NA.

I thought the bathroom was very old and needed renovation. The bathtub and sink were chipped and scratched

Great location, personnel were friendly, helpful and made my stay confortable. Breakfast was generous but could improve.

The staff was helpful and they have an arrangement to leave your bags for the day after you check out if you have a late flight and want to do a little sightseeing. The location was very convenient to walk to many safe areas. The room was a bit warm and the air conditioning only had fan.
