The location and the cleanliness.

The location is the best, close to everything, rooms are big, everyone is friendly and helpful, David went out of his way to accommodate me with what I needed, I recommend this hotel 100%. Nothing, all excellent!

The room is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were great. David was very courteous and kind. Would definitely stay again.

Location No hot water, mold in the shower and the refrigerator. Internet connection continuously dropped.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. We booked a 2 bedroom but on arrival it was not available so they gave us 2 bedrooms not joining but on the same floor. One apartment had a leak under the sink. They inspected the leak but did not repair it? The property is old and needs repairs. The food in the morning, that was included, was always cold even after pointing it out several times.

Location was great. Bed too low and too soft.

The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Additionally, the included breakfast was a lovely bonus and exceeded our expectations!

Staff at the hotel were very friendly , polite and helpful . The hotel location was helpful for us, allowed us to walk everywhere.

I usually do not put any reviews but I have to say that I will definitely stay there again. The property is to close to everything , the breakfast was delicious , so many restaurants near by and the staff were all very pleasant. The tv is very small and far from the bed.

I loved the location, the breakfast is included and was great, loved the flexibility of the place and booking.com, as you can change your stay however you want. The property is safe and you have staff at font desk at any time. The night shift front desk man was amazing and David was there in the morning. They’re all great and do everything to accommodate you the best way possible. The bedroom was very spacious too. The only pictures I have is of the breakfast included! Omg, it was too good The bathroom sink was a little bit dirty in the back part of the faucet and the bedsheet was a little bit stained. This was understandable because the property is old but everything was great.

Everybody was very friendly. Rooms were clean on a daily basis. Location was perfect within walking distance to any tourist spot, stores and restaurants.

Apartment is old. Staff doesn't care about guests at all. Nothing, just a good coffee .

We eat at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. Because of our language barrier, service was a little slow. I relied on my translation app and the time it took, persons wasn’t willing to assist. I felt ignored at times in the restaurant.

The ladies at the front desk & cleaning ladies are super nice & helpful. The breakfast included at the sister restaurant was hearty and a nice addition. I got to talk to the owner & he seemed chill & takes pride in his establishment.

The manager was friendly & quick to respond to issues. The receptionists were friendly & patient. The housekeepers were friendly, helpful & constantly cleaning. My room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The hotel is centrally located with an elevator, fan, ac & cable tv. I would return. I didn't like the orientation of the room originally assigned to me. My quirkiness. But fortunately the nice receptionist was patient and let me see other available rooms. I was happy with the one i finally chose. The room had an odor to it. But was ok after I got air freshener & aired it out. A night of serious rain caused a leak in the room's ceiling. It was tended to by the night crew and stopped when the rain subsided. I needed to constantly adjust the toilet tank chain for it to fill up properly. My shower & sink water had stopped running for a few hours. Housekeeping & management came by immediately & the water was soon restored. When the water returned it was cold. And I thought it was a hotel issue. but after i turned a valve in the bathroom, the hot water returned. The hotel shows potential, and with a little bit of maintenance & upkeep, Roma could be a top accommodation in the area. My stay was great after the nuances minimized & i figured out a few work arounds.
