Staff were fabulous - was greeted by Ketut who made sure the entire stay was sensational. Enjoyed Lagahwa so much that i came back to finish the trip for an additional 5 nights. Location was excellent to the beach and surrounding areas for food, shopping and general accessibility. Couldn't fault anything

Location, price, and ambient of the hotel it was great and full Of grean. And they have access to the beach also the provide sun chair. It was great. Out to date room. But Room is clean

Very good value for the money. Great location. Friendly staff. This is an older hotel but for the price it was very good. Great swimming pool. Hotel is connected to the beach. Everything worked. I will stay here again, I'm sure. Beds a little too soft for me. I like a firm mattress.

Great location, through a beautiful garden the road to the beach, sun loungers and umbrellas. I didn't like only one thing - the man with service on the beach always proposed us the broken sun loungers, the good ones he sold out for some people.

The gardens are beautiful and well-kept. The grounds are so spacious rather than feeling squeezed in between too many buildings. If you want a peaceful spot tucked away in the middle of Sanur, this is it! No breakfast included was a bummer but the restaurant on the back alley to the beach, with seating under some ancient trees was great and not too pricey. The bathroom walls were not as well-cleaned as I would have liked and adding a mattress pad to the bed would make it more comfortable. Otherwise, well done!!

Hidden gem that can't be seen from the beach but has an alleyway down to the beach and is in easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and shop, the Icon shopping centre is only a 10 min walk away. Large gardens and pool, friendly staff. Standard room was basic with a firm bed and included a bar fridge. Bed was a bit firm for me, everything else was great.
