Amenities and quality of electronics were top tier. Nothing except how thin were toilet papers. But I guess that's an issue all around japan.

Location is ok

Location. Staff was very helpful and positive.

Room is super tiny

The staff was wonderful, both friendly and helpful. In a great location close to Odori Park. There was a cafe in the lobby We liked everything.

We had a wonderful stay in Sapporo, and Tokyu Stay Sapporo was just perfect. The hotel personnel were very kind, we loved the breakfast, the hotel location is great and the room was silent and very comfortable. So we would like to highly recommend you to have an experience at Tokyu Stay Sapporo! Actually the positives were so many that that we have no "didn't like" to mention.

The location was close to a lot of shopping and the fish market as well as about s 20 min walk from the Sapporo Station with its upscale shopping mall with lots of food options. Not far from the dedicated bus to the Sapporo Beer Museum either. The washer/dryer worked well and the shower was good. The standard room was small for a couple. They gave us a coupon for 1 highball or wine with ‘tapas’ included for 500yen but the tapas was a very tiny plate with a view olives and nuts. Very few English-speaking staff ( that’s fair but not what we generally encountered in our month in Japan).

The breakfast is only a set menu everyday. We are used to a hotel breakfast buffet so this was a different experience.

love the location love the free drinks from 2pm to 10pm love the free coffee in the morning and drinking water station by the elevator lobby. Washer Dryer inside the room Cleaning services only done once for 7-day stay. For a 5-day stay option to just change towels and remove trash everyday

Friendly, amenities, comfort

The location is great. Easy access to to local activities and sites, as well as easy access to the train system. The room and bathroom were the largest I expreienced for my three weeks trip. The little bar on the main floor had a good selection and decent pricing. This is not a complaint, but a suggestion. Multiple teas are available from the amenities desk that you can take back and enjoy in your room. While there is free coffee offered on the main floor, I would have liked to have had in-room coffee available from the amenities desk as well.

Clean. Cozy. Good location. TV offerings limited to international travelers. Pricy breakfast for limited offerings.

This was my second stay in Toky Stay Sapporo. What has changed since last year, is that whole lobby got new layout. Staff was very kind and helpful and overall the vibe was very welcoming. The location is absolutely a game changer, with easy access to most landmarks and subway. Breakfast seemed to be quite overpriced. 2500JPY is definitely too much for what hotel offers and in that price full continental buffet can be bought in higher-class hotels. Overall it was a bummer, but very minor one.

We liked the location as it is near the snow festival and subway station. Having the washing machine in the room is a plus too. We already expected it to be small room but due to we have a baby and a stroller it was kinda difficult to bring it in.
-
Super friendly and helpful staff. If you're going for the site festival, it's really close to Odori Park. Close to shopping and dining. They have snow toys for the kids too use for free! The washer/dryer in the room was a major plus. The room is a little on the small side, but that's to be expected in Japan.

Breakfast N/A Location is Awesome, so close to everything. Marui Imai Department store, Subway, Odori Park, Nijo Market, Donguri Bakery are all in walking distance from the hotel, even with snowing conditions. The service for drinks 14:00-22:00 is also nice. The room was so small, Two people barely fit, the door way area is really narrow, the microwave and fridge were in two different places. The bathroom is really small too. No iron, but there was an old pants press that hardly worked. But you are hardly in the room so I guess its ok. There is no where to put your suitcase, there is only space for one suitcase rack, no closets.

The rooms were too small.

Location, accommodation and staff availability Units are quite small - especially with 4 checked bags.
