Excelente servicio

Wonderful stay just a few minutes from the city center, in a very clean and peaceful hotel. The property is a beautiful family-run place, and the owner is an exceptional and kind person who truly makes you feel welcome. They also offer free private parking, which was a big plus for us.

Every thing was good except for the drinking water, the water smelled unfavorable, overall I recommend itC comfortable, big rooms, enough facilities

Noisy until midnight, hard matress

We are budget travellers and this was very comfortable 2 star hotel. Great having a little fridge in the kitchenette with a kettle and hotplate. A microwave would be more useful tho! Smart TV Excellent secure parking 5 mins walk to town with lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets On the main road but double glazed Helpful staff but hardly any English spoken. Thank you Google translate!

Yes I went to Selcuk,Ephesus, Turkey for a special event on the 12th & 13th October and was met with a warm welcome at hotel Ave Maria. This hotel is well located and very friendly as they helped me out a lot on my trip and is like home from home to me. Well there are some things you do not have any control over and it did happen while I was in Selcuk for my 2 day trip that the internet wen't completely on my 2nd day so I could not communicate back home in Ireland, but it was back again before I left the following morning..

I liked everything about my stay in Ave Maria, a nice warm welcome and a good location, the courtesy was exellent and Jacob and Juliette were always there to give information and help.. While I was staying at Ave Maria I felt I was home from home and Jacob (yacob) did me a few nice favor,'s like giving me a lift to church and making a booking for me. When we first came to check-in to the hotel we were greeted by amazing staff. They had a parking spot available for us. They went out of their way to ensure that we are happy with everything and enjoy our stay. We were so impressed and happy how attentive and caring they were. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, close to everything. I would highly recommend the stay in this hotel to everyone.

Run by a couple Juliet & Jacob. They are very friendly. Located 10 mins walk from the centre. There is no kettle in room. I didn’t have hot water to shower.

Off street car park, good breakfast spread. Shops,restaurants etc 4 min walk. Basilica /Castle walkable as well. Freindly owner. Rooms ok No fridge in room, small bathroom

great dining room helpful staff, location close to main road to Izmir, Ephesus, Kusadasi, Sirince, big rooms, terrace, cheese shop nearby traffic noise (ending at midnight and starting again from morning around 7am), earplugs should do, bathroom could be renovated

A very friendly and helpful host with great facilities and value. Highly recommended for all people visiting the area!

Simple yet comfortable and clean room with all the necessary to have a good stay. Breakfast was great and very varied and staff was friendly and warm. no comment

Lovely staff and location. Good selection at breakfast and beautifully presented. We enjoyed our stay and would return if we come back to Selcuk.
