It was an amazing stay in a cave hotel. The staff was outstanding and so was the restaurant. The staff helped us and were so kid and generous. When I arrived i was upgraded to a suite which was spectacular. The boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff there were very accommodating. I have only good things to say.

The Saint John Hotel is a gem! The place is impeccably clean and well-appointed, quiet, and as mentioned in other comments, the breakfast is a delicious feast. Although it is in an unusual part of town, that was irrelevant for us. We had a rental car and did not feel unsafe parking it.

Very clean, looks new, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, good wifi. Fantastic breakfast. Supermarkets 5 min walk away. Not located where all the hotels seem to be, but it’s a short 10 min walk to reach the area with restaurants.

This boutique hotel was really nice, decorated and quaint. The breakfast offered was excellent! Everything was fresh each day. We requested twin beds but received a double instead. Not comfortable after a long day of sightseeing.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, especially the pastries. Room was clean and everything worked. Pool area is great spot to relax.

Beautiful, comfortable and interesting hotel with very friendly and helpful personnel. The hotel is excellent and located very close to all the interesting places to visit. It’s a less sophisticated area of the city. Very safe.

Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel, friendly cats outside. Little bit off the beaten track so you feel more in the local neighborhood than a tourist neighborhood which we really liked. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had! Nothing, it was all great!

Very pretty hotel within a short walking distance into town. Very nice and comfortable room and a wonderful breakfast! Helpful information from receptionist even if he wasn’t particularly personable which was a shame. It was all very matter of fact! Ordered a couple of G&T’s which took about 20 minutes to make - unfortunately they were as flat as a pancake - possibly made with water!? My husband drank his because he was so thirsty. When we mentioned it to the man on reception, he said ‘why didn’t you tell me’. He was very frosty about it. When we checked out he said he would deduct one from the bill as we’d drunk one of them. That’s fine but not great customer service. The worse thing was however, when we were leaving, he wanted to know what we were going to score them on our Booking.com review and that they only like 9’s and 10’s! He pressed us again to tell him even though we said we’d rather not say! Very rude!

Excellent staff and the best breakfast we had on our travels by far. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay. The pool area is shaded and the shower to use for the pool was in an area that was difficult to use.

The front desk and hotel manager OMER! He is the highlight of this hotel. He is so accommodating and eager to help with any request. He is friendly, super helpful and goes above and beyond for guests. Okay so to be fair, the location could be a bit better as it is away from the main street. However there is a charm about staying amongst the locals. It's only about 5 mins to the main street.
