This is my second stay at this hotel, and I will definitely keep coming back again and again. Mahmoud at the reception has been incredibly helpful every time I’ve stayed here. All the staff are amazing. Thank you so much for everything!

Private pool is amazing A lot of insects around you and the resort generally

Mr. Mohammed, the night shift manager, is more than wonderful.

Thanks to Mr.Ahmed Karam , Mr Mostafa , Mr Eslam at the reception these guys were just amazing they made decorations on arrival , honeymoon cake , since we are honeymoon Nothing , I like that place very much and we created memories there , we always will come back in the future .

Quality of food is good but can be much better

The Posh Club services and idea I visited it 10 years ago when it was meant for Adults only and still good after renovation and changing it to family property

It was one of the best stays I’ve had in recent years, and I was extremely satisfied. The food, facilities, pool access, cleanliness, and especially the staff’s kindness and attentiveness were all excellent. Special thanks to Chef Ahmed for his talented hands and wonderful dishes. I wouldn’t call this a dislike, but rather an area that could be improved. The evening animation shows could be a bit more varied and engaging.

This is not the first time for me in this hotel. From the first day they welcomed us in a professional way starting from the reception they were nice and very polite they upgraded our room to pool and Sea views Mr Ahmad and Mr Osama from the food and beverage were nice and helpful always also I want to thank Mahmoud, Tarek, Yousef, Abdullah, from the lobby Bar they make our staying feel like home they know how to make cocktails really they're a wonderful guys thanks for all the team there . The waiters at the restaurant are very good and professional they were always asking us and the guests what they needed. The restaurants were very clean Chef Musad and chef imad they were amazing and they helped us a lot . The Asian food restaurant was great and the chef there was really great He is a professional chef and recommended to everyone to try this restaurant The poolside was very clean and the Lifeguards there were taking care of every person all were helpers I can't forget adb elrahman from the bell boy Always ready to come and pick us up Housekeeping Mr.basyouni was good and helped us a lot To be honest a lot of things changed for better I recommend this hotel for family and couples Special thanks for Ms Rana from the management she is a very good person. Thank you all for making our vacation awesome. Nothing One note to the waiters on the poolside bars they should make rounds between the gusts who is sitting around the pools to serve them

Everything was amazing the staff was so special and extremely helpful. Mahmoud in the reception was beyond, shuttle bus drivers amazing, the aqua park staff was super friendly, all waiters from the main restaurant to the beach restaurant was super professional and beyond amazing. The facility itself is beautiful, pools, beach, landscape. But overall our stay was extra special from the Staff!! Nothing
