Pros (or mostly): The linens, bedsheets, towels and bathroom, were very clean. The products from L'Occitane in the bathroom were awesome. It was also nice to have access to a little coffee maker and a small refrigerator in the bedroom. The windows had cobwebs and it started raining inside the room, which was eventful, to say the least, but the staff - who were also very surprised with the situation - promptly moved us to another bedroom. Nevertheless I 'd stay here again. The friendliness, Downtown access and the cleanliness of both bedsheets and bathroom are very important to me, and they sure kept up with the high standard.

The room was lovely and the mattress and pillow exquisitely comfortable. Front desk staff, especially Brianna, were wonderfully helpful with everything from parking to printing needs. Location is fabulous. This will be my first choice for staying in Spokane from now on!

We loved the downtown area, we could easily walk to stores and restaurants that were close by.

To be fair website says lifeguards schedules vary. No LG until 1, and we arrived late and left before 1. Pool was fabulous for lap swimmers. Looked well kept. Water presser in low mounted shower head was not great for washing hair in the bathroom. Pillowed were odd sizes and lumpy. I used the folded extra blanket as a pillow. Road noise from traffic was super loud all night and no fan to use for white noise. Pretty property, old club style, fresh paint and decore room updates, robe, in room coffee and water, but not worth the cost vs the problems. Stayed closer to the freeway in construction the week before at 1/2 price for a way better sleep/breakfast/etc.

Great athletic club and the downtown location is very convenient.

Your check-in employee could have been friendly and helped with parking better.

Nobody was gente to help An I had to sleep in my car

Great value for the price. Excellent location. Walking distance from the park, shopping, and restaurants. Older hotel. Lots of history but not a lot of updates. The photos on the listing look a lot more modern than the actual room.

Good location to walk to Downtown, excellent workout facility There is no on-site parking, there’s an extra $18 fee for the parking lot or you can park on the street. The rooms are very small and dated,no fridge. Noise from cars kept me awake.

Rooms quite clean. Nice building and location to the park. Parking was one block away, cost was 18 dollars for the day.
-
Very nice boutique hotel. Not easy to find in downtown Spokane and parking was over a block away.
-
Rented two king rooms. One was updated, the other needed to be modernized, but it was well kept and clean. Great location, easy walk to the falls and Riverfront Park.

The location was really convenient, was able to walk to all the major attractions in downtown Spokane. The gym facilities were really good and you got a good view over the Spokane Falls. I liked the old club vibe, but can appreciate that it isn't for everyone.
