Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the people. Would suggest anyone to stay here and enjoy the comfort and proximity to everything

The property was very clean, the restaurant was handy to have and the sports club was nice!

We were attending a concert in the area and arrived back the following night well after midnight. Again, a different gentleman was working the front desk, he wore glasses, but I didn't catch a glimpse of his name tag. He welcomed us like it was three in the afternoon. So kind. The rooms were absolutely clean. The gym and pool were outstanding! If you have the chance, walk around the neighbourhood, and take a camera or your phone (at night it's stunning {especially the cathedral})!! Parking is off-site, half a block away.

Beautiful location and building

Very comfortable . They made sure to have clen towels daily trash then and covers pulled down. Parking. I am handicap and had to park further from motel in parking garage which normally charge 18 dollars a day or pay parking meter which is also expensive.

A wonderful stay, a very unique property with lots of charm and character. The staff made our stay feel set apart and personal, Gus was the best.

I HIGHLY recommend The Montvale or The Indigo as MUCH higher quality boutique downtown options instead of this nightmare.

The staff were AMAZING!!! They entertainedmy husband with ghost stories and tours around the hotel. They also answered ALL questions.

I stayed 3 nights while traveling solo. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking garage was secure but was a couple blocks away. Staff during check in was great, rooms are a bit outdated and could use updates.

The facilities were nice and clean. Big tv in the room. The remote didn’t work like almost the entire time had to take the batteries out every single time. The bed was soooooo soft it hurt to sleep in.
