Excellent location, spacious room and good bathroom. Ok breakfast. They were renovating the foyer but didn't inform us about that which would have been nice to know. The renovation and the street below were both very noisy. The reception staff were ok but not exactly friendly. The breakfast room was ok but not cosy or pretty and we had to find a member of staff to ask for teabags because they were in reception. It was expensive for what it was.

Room was clean and the facilities good. The bed was very comfortable. The location was very good, close to the pretty 'petite France' area, close to a major tram interchange and a moderate walk to the railway station. The breakfast food was of high quality and a decent range of choices. The staff were helpful with our queries and requests. We chose 'superior double' partly to get a larger room. Our room was top floor and some of the extra floor space was not very usable due to the sloping attic roof. The hot water at the sink and shower were a bit 'temperamental' and we had a couple of cold showers. The stairs only went as far as the floor below us. We were thus dependent on the single lift, (which could be quite busy), at all times to get in and out.

Spacious Tiny bedside tables, bedside lamp & desk lamp didn’t work. Nowhere to your underwear & socks. Shower over bath, should be walk in shower

Location in the heart of city, very friendly and helpful staff As it is the centre, rather loud in the evening and hard to sleep. Room window was extremely close to the wall of neibour building, so it was rather dark in the room.

Oroginal room was very small but staff upgraded us after our first night into a much larger room which was very comfortable.

Very good breakfast. Loved the authenthic furniture and old stairs. Sweets and coffee available for free in the loby. Very low pressure in the shower.

When the rooms are in order it is a great place to be. We got a great compensation after a night in a deplorable room The first night we got a room that was in the middle of a rénovation: no bed lights, a missing luggage rack, a missing bed table and a boost sliding door to the bathroom. After a complaint we got a wondefull extremely large room
