Great location and really pretty property. The room had a lovely view onto the canal. The staff were friendly and highly accommodating. We even got an early check in despite not requesting for it, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was large and comfortable. The bath tub could use a slip mat and a better door. It was difficult to keep the water off the floor if you just wanted to take a shower.

Excellent location. Louise was exceptionally kind to our young daughter. Very professional staff. Good breakfast. Staff at times felt stuffy, although this is a bit what you expect out of such a hotel.

This is a great location for visiting Strasbourg. The hotel looks out onto one of the old canals, so it is in one of the prettiest parts of the city. The staff are outstandingly helpful.

Comfort, cleanliness , amenities , location. We highly recommend Regent Petite France. A recommendation, not a complaint: it would be beneficial to have safety bars in the tub/shower since the tub sides are quite high.

Location was perfect. No need for a car as everything of interest was easily walkable. Bathroom was large with plenty of storage space. We had suite 101 with a beautiful view of the canals from all windows. AC worked great!Everything very comfortable. Bedroom a little small for a suite. No casual restaurant for less pricy options.
