Location and the view from the room The room was advertised as 34 square meters, but it is less due to the enterance taking 6~ meters (then you climb staircase to reach the room)

Location is fantastic and service excellent. Very little not to like though check in time quoted on arrival was 4pm which was a bit late. As it happened room was ready by 3:30

The location is absolutely perfect. Close to everything, but also very scenic. We've stayed in Strasbourg previously, but this location couldn't be bettered. A special 'thank you' to Marc, the concierge, for his pleasant manner and obliging nature.

The restaurant/bar across the street played techo music until 12:30 am. I could feel the vibrations through the walls. My room faced the street, and there is no sound isolation, so every noise from the street (cars, people talking) was as though they were in the room. It was absolutely awful. If you need quiet, avoid this hotel.

Great location, a footbridge away from Petite France. Maybe 10 minutes from the cathedral. Pretty convenient to get to the train station as well. Breakfast was great.

Great service at the conierge, reception, breakfast, etc. The room was a bit dated, toilet couldn't flush properly unless the flush was pressed for a long time, the bath tub didn't drain well.
