This was such a great place to stay. The hostess was just so helpful and kind all the time. She went above and beyond all my expectations.

Bit of a hidden gem. Staff very helpful nothing was a problem. Only downside was shared bathroom but was kept clean and tidy. Would happily stay again

Awful stay. Terrible neighborhood. Dimly lit. Poor accomodation. Shared bathrooms with other rooms. Crap excuse for breakfast. Small rooms, claimed close to Picaddily Circus and was 45 minute drive away.

clean but didn't know i had to show my id to check in expedia should informed me disappointed at how far this hotel was from kings cross plus were was the wardrobe in my room how was i supposed to hang my clothes

We spent 2 nights at this property. The location is less than 10 min walk from the Elizabeth line, which makes it really convenient. Room was clean and staff was very accommodating too. Definitely recommended.

Plastic tiny shower cubicle, water pressure low and temperature unstable. No heater, 10"TV, breakfast with 3 bananas, bread & butter, cereal self service

Bed frames were broken, its B&B. Good for backpackers but not for families or comfortable stayera

However, the bed in our room was very uncomfortable & the shower barely worked at all which was very disappointing.

This is first time i have been there, that’s was good to stay there.. everything was good. Conditions, services, etc. Specially, shawon brother was very friendly and assisted me very well for everything.after all, I recommend to everyone this is comfortable to stay and very cheaper than other places.. thank you 😊

It seems that they are hiding this hotel business. No hotel sign-nothing. Just a regular house in a sketchy neighborhood. Area around is dirty, run down and it feels unsafe to be outside in the evening. Upon ringing the doorbell, I was greeted by some guys. I had to ask if this was the hotel. Before answering I got a question back - whether I’m alone. Strange. The house itself seemed clean. Some other folks told me that there was no hot water. Which unfortunately turned out to be true. There was just a glimpse of it - to brush your teeth was lucky. The rest of the tenants were extremely loud during the night hours and there was no one to deal it with. Same for checking out - nobody on the premises. Left the keys on the table in the room. Overall a rather disappointing experience.

Stayed at Victorian Woods BnB in November this year. It was an okay experience. The best part was the amazing staff (If i am not mistaken his name is Yousuf) The place is good and clean. One misunderstanding of the owner and the statement he made kind of ruined my experience here but the staff made me feel comfortable. There is no any sign board or business name displayed on the building complex, i got on the street but had to make a call to ask for exactly locating the building. They have an open kitchen for all. No restrictions for going out or coming back. Nearest train underground station is Forest Gate and the Elizabeth line operates to this station.

I booked for 3 nights from the 6th of December till 9th of December and when i arrived to the place i rang the bell more than i care to remember but nobody answered the door. I waited outside 45 mins still nobody come or called. I waited still nothing. I was in a tight situation and i had to book another place and i had a guest from europe so i had to go to the airport. 23:00 a clock in the evening i received a text message saying that you have booking and where are you. I told the guy that i came but nobody was there to let me in and i want a refund he said talked to the expedia for refund. I called the expedia and they said they marked you absent cuz you didnt check-in and we cant refund you. So basicly mu hard earn money £360 is gone for nothing be aware guys this place is a scam and fraud. I will never and ever stay in this place. I will not recommend to anyone and wherever i go i will tell everyone that this place is a scam and fraud.

I was pleasensntly suoprised by this place it's quite homeley, well located for the elizabeth line but not in center of the city

Yusuf was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our room was cozy and clean, located in a very quiet street. Will certainly stay again!
