The location is really good. Nice rooftop view. They’re not paying attention with room service. For a high star hotel they need to make sure the coffee/tea/water are refilled every day. Same for the bathroom toiletries. The sheets smelled funny sometimes. The wardrobe was too noisy when closing, it has this slow-mo mechanism so even if you want to get over the long squeaky noise you can’t. The safe was not working when we arrived to the room.

The window in the bathroom was open and too many insects were in the room. For those who is afraid of them it is uncomfortable.

All was great. The hotel is awesome; the crew is amazing as well. The breakfast also, the room was big, all was clean and I was really satisfied. Nothing, all was perfect.

The property was perfect! The staff were extra nice, they really care personally about their guests. It was the best hotel experience I had. Couldn’t recommend it more! Can’t wait to come back again

The location is excellent and very special, with everything you need close by. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Salome, who was extremely kind, polite, and hospitable. Cleanliness was good, and the breakfast was very nice. I also appreciated the availability of a hygienic shower (bidet spray), which is very important for Muslim guests. Nothing significant.

Good location, comfortable room, nice staff Breakfast was disappointing. They had an issue with their fire alarm that ringed in the middle of the night which woke everyone up in the middle of the night. No compensation or apologies were given.
