The owner and the people who work there are really not good.

BED BUGS. I stayed a week and saw some mosquitos, so I thought the bites I had were mosquito bites. Bed bug bites can take days to show up so I just didn’t know. But then I saw them. I told the owner and by his reaction it was obvious he knows. I’m quite pissed that he just said “ohh.. okay. Thank you” :/ I have over 50 bites on my body and feel absolutely miserable. I have never had chicken pox, but I would imagine it feels something like this. Plus, now have to go through the hassle of checking and sanitizing all my things.

No lift for 3 flights of stairs. Place felt old and dated.

Great location Cleanliness could be improved, staff were sometimes unavailable, and other guests were not following the quiet hours which needed attention from staff.

Friendly staff, great location, private beds. Cleanliness and facilities could be improved especially in the shower/bathrooms. The female dorm faces the street so keeping the window open meant it was really loud but closing it meant it was very hot. The hostel has a mini roller AC unit that partially worked but doest reach the top bunks. It would be great if the hostel can repair the upper AC unit to have adequate air flow.

Perfect location.. accommodating staff.. very affordable...

The guy who works there is super friendly, we chatted with him from time to time - I knew a lot about Georgia from him. The public space was not enough place to sit.

The location, staff and size of rooms were good It's on the 3rd floor, not good if you have heavy luggages

The property is located close to the old town and waterfront. Aircon didn’t work well. The bathrooms are very outdated and in need of renovation. One shower barely delivers enough water for a shower. Water gets everywhere. It’s hot in there too. Really need some aircon. Walking up the stairs to the property gives you impression it’s a dodgy area and you feel unsafe. The city needs to sort out its stray dog problem.

The hosts, the guests, the neighborhood. All. Super. Awesome.

Amazing location and beautiful balcony.

I really like this hostel. The reception is polite and responsible, and the staff are kind and friendly. The rooms, kitchen, and common area are all clean and well-organized. It has large lockers that are secure, and the environment is very cozy and peaceful.

Property was really well located and had a fun, relaxed vibe. Staff were very helpful messaging before my stay and very approachable. Unbelievable value for money!

I stayed here before and everything was great, so I decided to come back.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. 4 bad girls room was nice as it was right next to the kitchen and bathroom. I had a great time here on Georgia Independence Day. Military march came in front of the balcony!

The location is great. You can walk to see famous places around, many places too close and easy to walk and see it. The hostel is comfy ,clean toilet and shower room. Super helpful reception the guy I met. Location.

The reception staff were helpful and the cleaning lady was doing her job well. The location was very central. The place looked more vibrant in the photos. I find the bed and pillow to be extremely uncomfortable. The bed felt like it lacked cushioning and the pillow doesn't hold its shape and provide support.

The location is absolutely great. Very safe. The beds are comfortable and every bed has a socket. The hostel has a really good paper guide on what to see in the city and where to eat. I would absolutely stay here again. We had windows open at night and it was very noisy from the traffic outside unless you wear earplugs. So také earplugs.
