Location is really good I’m used to APA and the size of the room, but this one is too small and doesn’t even have a place for the breakfast

The location is near four subway stations (Hatchobori, Shintomicho, Takaracho, Kyobashi). This makes it easy to travel to different parts of Tokyo. Also close to a konbini. The staff asked if we needed to borrow umbrellas when it rained. The blanket is a bit too hot. The wheel on the chair was loose. The APA information that loops on the TV should teach what to do in an earthquake or tsunami, that is important in Japan.

Location is a approx 20 minutes away from touristy places but it’s a quiet residential zone. Only 1 elevator.

The staff was among the best encountered in Tokyo. Very helpful and patient with customers who do not speak Japanese. The rooms were very small bathrooms, which were very inadequate pre-built "modules" with extremely poor lighting. There is literally no extra space in the room if you have luggage. Room service was among the worst. There are no closets, dressers, or any space to put and use user clothes. They provide for hangers on the wall.

Room was small but had sufficient room. Towels and bedsheets were clean. Location was good but it was not easy to get to the subway. Noted above for the small room space and difficulties in locating the subway from the hotel.
