The staff are very understanding and have been a great help to me with my problems. I think only the rooms are a bit small for more than 1 person, but it's center of Tokyo, so It's hard to find large place to stay for money like this.

There is luggage storage though limited! The airco was right above the bed so there was a constant draft which was annoying even if I did adjust the angle. Room is small than expected but overall still great.

Conveniently located near major locations like Akihabara and Tokyo Station. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Kanda Station and is about 30 mins away from Shinjuku by train. 1) The man who was working the reception desk when I first arrived was a bit too condescending for my liking — I felt like I had been called into the principal's office with the way he spoke "at" me, rather than "to" me. Luckily, every other staff member I interacted with was far more friendly and attitude-free. 2) No stationery in the room. 3) Can't open the window to let in some air. 4) The vending machine in the lobby only has alcohol and 2 cans of snacks.

Good location. I booked a double room for myself and my 10-year-old child, but received everything for one person. Only one bath towel, one face towel. There was also no tea or instant coffee in the room. Breakfast was for one. If I had known there would be a small obento box, I would have taken the room without breakfast; it would have been cheaper. There is no restaurant you get only small bento and a bottle of green tea.

1 stop from akihabara and one from Tokyo station good spot since it’s a 3 min walk from the station. And Lawson being around the corner is also pretty great! Staff is really good at English

Only downside to this place was that while the window had effective blackout curtains, there was no bracket on the wall to keep them flush. So there was a gap between the curtain and wall where a streetlight could shine in, which happened to be right towards my face at night. I could've slept in the opposite direction but it's a bit inconvenient, so I just draped a towel over my face, haha. You may want to bring a sleep mask just in case.

Location. Cleanliness. Even for a typical compact Japanese hotel standards this bed was very narrow in width. Bit of exaggeration saying suitable for two people.

Room was uncomfortably tiny for 2 people with luggage. Probably fine for a single person. Room smelled a bit funky, and the heat didn't work.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Location and the room stated non smoking but it smelled like a smoking room

Cleanliness and polite staff. - no rack or shelves to put/organise clothing; - no way of cleaning the toilet; - the washing machine and/or detergent don't wash clothes that well, and the dryer doesn't dry much; - after an issue with my booking payment, I had to pay 200£ more for my stay, even though I (tried to) contact them immediately to pay in any other way.

They should provide bottle of water as courtesy.

One of the front desk employees, tried to kick me out while I was waiting for my laundry to be done because I was “blocking” their check-in machine. I was sitting on the bench waiting for my laundry. I moved over as to not block the machine (that got used 3 times in the span of an hour.) the employee said I had an hour left on the machine and to leave. I am a woman waiting for her clothes, I am not leaving my belongings unattended where it can be stolen by a pervert.

The hotel was conveniently close to the station and offered a very affordable rate. Unfortunately, our stay took a frightening turn when we were awoken by what sounded like a woman in distress and suspicious activity in the hallway. We were genuinely scared for our safety, and what was most upsetting was how dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful the hotel staff were when we tried to report what happened. We felt completely unsupported in a moment of real fear.

Unfortunately, as friendly as the staff were, they were often absent from the front desk.

The hotel is in a great location. 5 minutes to all metro connections. Sobe so čiste in kot hotel zelo dobro opremljene. The room was too small for two people and 4 nights, the bathroom too tight. The window cannot be opened at all, the room (for smokers) cannot be ventilated.

It was our first time in Tokyo and in Japan, and I had read that the rooms are tiny and there is not enough space to move around and store luggage, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I found out that our room was spacious enough. It was very clean, and we could have it cleaned every day. There was a fridge, a microwave and air-conditioning as well. Sleepers and gowns were provided. The location was amazing, just under a 5-minute walk from Kanda Station, through which you can take several subway and JR lines, including the Yamanote Line. It is walking distance to Akihabara, the Imperial Palace, and Tokyo Station. Highly recommended hotel.

good deal for the price in the heart of tokyo, close to station. The staff. I can't believe how the Indian guy staff from the front treated me so bad upon check in. He was getting annoyed and raising his voice at me while helping me using the machine to check in. There is no reason that staff can treat customer this way even if I am taking long with the machine for like 15 min, but trust me he started giving me attitude within under 30sec Like excuse me Sir, is this not your job to help guest to check-in or out if they have problems. but yeah, seriously please educate your foreign staffs properly.

Easy quiet location. Short walk to Kanda station Vending machine in the lobby. The rooms are very small as expected however the bathroom can be difficult for someone over 6ft as myself. No smoking area provided onsite.
