Hotel Livemax Tokyo Kanda East

Its near akihabara and ueno The hotel is not clean and full of dust. Not very cleaned

The location was okay but that's the only good thing about my stay which was miserable otherwise. The hallways and the room reeked strongly of tobacco during the entire stay. The room's walls were practically yellow from all of the smoking that had taken place inside. Staff was mostly okay apart from the young and inexperienced trainee-looking male employee who checked us in and refused to give us (two people) two room cards. This made the stay difficult as we came to the room at separate times and I've never experienced anything like that before in any other hotel. The room was small and there was a very visible crack in the wall. It's definitely NOT a three star hotel, do not be fooled. The amenities were also nonexistant. Please use APA hotels if you want friendly service in a clean environment. I'm never going back to any Livemax.

The hotel was easy to get to Akihabara which we liked. We would go down there each evening. There was also lots of convenience stores close by. The train stations were a short walk away and could pick JR or metro. The breakfast was a bottle of green tea each day and a small bento of the same flavour rice balls everyday that was just picked up at reception. The flavour was very unique and not something everyone would enjoy. While we were there I found out they had a sale on for any bookings between Jan and March that was not actually active when I booked Jan 4th. Had it been I could have booked for $300 cheaper. I also had to remake the bed every day as the bottom bed sheets would just slip out as I lay down as they did not fit the bed well.

The staff is kind and always has a smile on their faces. The room is clean but a little small, but overall, our stay was wonderful and very accessible to the station.

Honestly the convenience of location and the area around was pretty nice. Staff was polite and had great recommendations for food and sight-seeing Maybe an accessible water station.

It's near Kanda, you can store your Luggage after checking out. Easy Self-check-in. There is everything for basic needs. It's easy to miss that you book a smoker room instead of a normal one. For 2 Persons it's a rather small bed. You get the feeling it's for people bringing someone to sleep with there...

The hotel staff do not accompany the guest to the room. At the time of departure they do not come and help.all are very non cooperative. rooms are very small and beds so small that two people cannot sleep. there this should not be allotted for stay of two people. Had the time of checking in an at the time of departure there are no people to accompany the guest toilets are four feet by 5 feet.

It's on the main road Room was too small and bed too narrow. This was not to be alloted for two individuals.Tell me the sq ft of bed and room

The room I had was not really good with the internet and a little bit loud from the highway area. The bed was also a little bit tilted
