Beautiful, clean, spacious room. Nice large bathroom vanity and shower/bath. Felt spoiled to have access to both a Dyson hair dryer and styler. Love the snack and drink bar although would be nice to have more variety of pastries and appetizers. Wish they had a clothes drying rack in the shower room.

The location was great, not far from the train station but off of the main path so not crowded. The hotel offers a lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks or breakfast items. That was an unexpected bonus. Stayed here twice for the value. Decent sized rooms for Tokyo. Add on breakfast box that they drop in front of your door in the morning.

Location was wonderful. So easy to enjoy the main streets of Ginza. Plenty of eating and shopping near by. The “lounge” was just a small space in front of the front desk and felt awkward to sit just 10 feet from them at the counter. The complimentary food was mostly packaged foods and nothing fresh. The size of the yogurt cups were ridiculously small. Our room window faced an unused part of the freeway. It was so close that if I open the window I could jump onto it.

Very friendly staff. Quite quiet during the stay (was located in the 10-12 floors). Clean rooms. Great location (next to a nice small market, close to train stations, and near a very active site without being inundated with noise/hustle and bustle). Met expectations

Loved the location . The free snack bar . Super clean. The breakfast in a box was nice but uncomfortable to eat in the room ..I would do away with it . Unnecessary since you have the available snack bar is wonderful cakes, croissants, toast , oh and lots more .

Easy access to transportation, shopping and restaurants. The service was impeccable and the included breakfast was something we always look out for as it was delicious and tasty. We appreciated the lounge access as well as the snacks that were available to us 24/7. Would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

We had a really great stay at karaksa hotel premier Tokyo Ginza. The location was excellent, very close to the train station, Don Quijote, Ginza shopping, and many attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Tokyo. The rooms were spacious for Tokyo, spotless, and cleaned perfectly every day with fresh toiletries and complimentary water replenished constantly. The staff were also fantastic throughout our stay. One of the best parts was the lobby/lounge area, which always had complimentary snacks and drinks available, plus sake and wine in the evenings. It was a really nice touch and made the hotel feel very welcoming. My only reason for not giving a perfect score is that, for the price, it did not feel quite as luxurious as expected, but overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. First of all, they use Dyson as a hair dryer and I loved that. The room was spotlessly clean, smelled great, the bathroom was amazing and spacious. Everything was perfect. If I stay in Tokyo again, I would stay there again. I like everything:)
