Massage chairs were incredibly helpful after a long day of sightseeing! Room was a bit small for travelers with suitcases. Still everything was efficient and use of space was incredibly thoughtful.

It was a nice area and breakfast was available there was not a laundry, a spa or a gym and it was a little further away from the rails then i stayed last time.

Localização excelente, tem uma rua com vários izakayas e restaurantes do lado, e uma family mart também, ou seja, consegue fazer tudo a pé. Para os pontos turisticos você usa o metro/onibus, e tem estações a 5 minutos andando do hotel também. O quarto é excelente, com televisão e youtube, chuveiro com pressão ótima, cama confortável, e a cadeira de massagem que no final do dia ajuda mais do que esperávamos hahahah. O staff também é super atencioso, ajudavam a gente com tudo que precisávamos e principalmente com o despacho das malas (yamato).

GREAT LOCATION. VERY CONVENIENT TO TRAIN STATION AND MANY PLACES IN THE GINZA AREA. WILL MAKE IT MY HOTEL OF CHOICE WHENEVER I AM IN THE TOKYO AREA.

Clean and convenient Nothing

The location is fine. That's it. - The room was unrealistically small, the smallest I've been to. There was no space to open my luggage: I packed it on the bed - A window to the toilet? What a cringe. Moreover, the bed is adjacent to it with no space between the bed and the window... - The bathroom itself is also very small, and there is even a warning to close the douche door to avoid causing a fire alarm due to steam - The massage chair is small, my head was without any holder, so my neck became even more tired - The toilet paper was even less than 1 layer; it just disintegrates into atoms - The furniture was not fresh, with damage and defects - There is one elevator/ladder to go up to the front desk and then separate elevators to go to the room floor... - The hotel is near the train station. Even though we lived on the 13th floor, it was loud due to the upcoming trains, even with closed windows :( - The pajamas were uncomfortable and in the incorrect sizes - The hotel has 3 stars, but there's nothing to support it. I stayed in another 3-star hotel in Japan, and it was way better...

Room a bit to small and bath to room window.

A small room (fairly standard for Japan). There were used tea bags under the bed. The carpet was damp after cleaning. The staff spoke and understood English poorly. There was a small miscommunication during check-in and surprisingly mild rudeness from one staff member during check-in — I've never encountered this at any hotel in Japan. Reception refused to call a taxi (I've never had such a request refused at four hotels before), instead pointing to a piece of paper with a Japanese-speaking phone number for a taxi and a QR code for downloading a taxi app, which downloads the app for your region, not Japan (Europe/USA). Breakfasts are essentially the same every day and bland in flavor; you eat breakfast once or twice and don't want to eat the same thing again.

The location is perfect! Plenty of options to eat, close to subway and Tokyo station and plenty of people (felt very safe). There is a chair massage in each bedroom which I love using it after walking all day. Staff were very professional. Rooms are a bit small. I got the double only for myself and it was small. Breakfast is ok.

Conveniently located in between Hibiya and Ginza. The room was clean and had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that smelled amazing. Loved the rainfall shower and massage chair, which was so helpful after miles of walking in Tokyo. The room is small and would feel a little cramped for two people. Breakfast is not included.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was absolutely perfect—right in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore and get around without any hassle. They even had a massage chair, which was amazing after long days of walking and exploring. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the lack of space for luggage. I didn’t have a proper area to lay out my suitcase, so I had to continuously unpack and repack each day, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would still gladly stay here again.

The room was very neat, bed was comfortable, staff very friendly and respectful. Not too tight a space It was a bit difficult to locate at first before we figured things out. More variety in the food would be a good idea.

Incredible location, spacious accommodations for Tokyo, and great amenities. Everything was excellent.

The room is really small with not much possibility to hang clothes or bags.

We got a single room and the size was very standard for Tokyo. But honestly who cares about that when there’s little massage chair in the room, it was a lifesaver after a long day. We really liked the location it was quiet at night but there is a street with many restaurants around the corner. The staff are very kind and helpful also. Definitely going to stay here again when we go back to Tokyo.

The location is central to many high end shopping brands in ginza yet close to many other neighborhoods in Tokyo The WiFi wasn’t good
