Exactly what you need for a single night stay in central Shinjuku. The room was comfortable and good value for the price point. The baggage storage service was a genuine lifesaver, we had a late flight and being able to leave our luggage and spend the day exploring freely made a real difference. The overall vibe wasn't quite our style, though in fairness one night is not really enough to form a strong opinion. Nothing that would put us off recommending it for what it is.

Location was great The rooms are incredibly small and didn’t get cleaned if staying for 2 or more nights. Didn’t have a lounge area anywhere.

This hotel was in a great location. Staff was great from check in to check out. The free breakfast was, to me, just alright. The room was very comfortable but small. But again, you could not beat the location.

Elevators were quite slow, especially during peak times. Had to wait quite a bit. Room was small, which is fine for the price. Check out seems an hour earlier than other places, which is usually 11:00am. Here it is 10:00am and feels automated. Not sure but it is implied that if you’re a minute late down the elevator there could potentially be a charge.

The room was incredibly small for two people, so would definitely recommend trying to reserve a room with two beds for the additional space. However, my partner and I made it work since we weren't in the room that often.

This hotel was cramped; we couldn't open two bags at once and had to shuffle past each other to reach the bathroom. The shower easily floods the floor unless angled perfectly, and found a bug on the comforter. Wifi kept cutting off.
