We booked three rooms which were clean, had all the amenities needed nicely tucked away in each nook and corner but was a tad bit small for two well-built adults travelling with large bags. Bathroom was excellent with good quality linen. The location of the hotel was lively and close a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. The buffet breakfast was pricey but had a good spread, for older people who want to eat less it would help if they offered some a la carte options. Bed was too small for two full grown adults and not enough place to open and keep your suitcases or storage. I guess it's fine if you travel light and only a couple of nights. We were 5 adults, with 3 rooms and were there for 4 nights / 5 days.

Because it’s centrally located late night you can hear everything. The bed was also very firm and so were the pillows, but other than that it was a nice stay.

Location was perfect! Room was clean and sufficient for two people. Staff was incredible. Just overall amazing. More laundry facilities. Always fighting for washer and dryer.

Comfy, quiet room, nice facilities. Patio to view the Godzilla statue was closed indefinitely for undisclosed reasons and wasn’t made known to us before our stay. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station, however, the area is not necessarily in the nicest area.

The design is great and is very functional. It was clean. It was perfect! It had everything I needed. Staff were all very helpful, water stations in all the floors, laundry area, etc. There was always a foul order coming out from the toilet

The beds were good. The view from our room was impressive. The Godzilla theme was amusing. The breakfast was very expensive and very mediocre. The coffee was very good, however.

It had a good location in Shinjuku. The staff were super helpful in arranging for a new room after our original room smelled so bad it gave my wife a migraine. It didn’t live up to the hype around its Godzilla theme and therefore felt very overpriced for an underwhelming experience.

It was loud even on the 10th floor, the bed was really hard

Location was great, easy access to food, stores and train stations. Umbrellas were provided in the room, very convenient. Check in and out process very efficient. Bed was not the most comfortable. We used laundry facilities and that did not seem to be cleaned regularly.
