For the value we paid everything was excellent. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean place, almost in the very center, close to nice restaurants. NA

Family size room for our group . The women at breakfast in the morning were helpful trying to help us find public transportation which was disturbed because of street closures for a race in town. 1) PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO CHECK IN HOURS! The hotel was closed when we arrived to check in. No lights. No people. Here we are with 7 people, bags, and no way to check in. We were completely unaware. Our driver tried calling for us, but the only resolution was to wait it out a couple of hours. 2) We booked two family rooms for our 7 guests (each rooms sleeps four). I got a less than friendly email at 11:45pm when we returned from being out scolding us for two “unregistered guests”. Clearly the security cameras were monitoring us. On one of the rooms, we accidentally selected only 1 guest. Despite a flat room fee, up to 4 people, they charged an extra $20/night per 2 “unregistered” guests. Keep in mind that if I selected 4 guests at booking the price would be the same as for one guest. 3) Breakfast was fine. Personally, I would save the $10 and venture into town for something nicer.

Nice and convenient hotel, not very far from Tours city center. The room had everything we needed, the guy in the reception was friendly (and spoke some English) and generally it is recommended for a short stay. Easy (free) parking in the neighborhood. Small stairs and no lift so if you have large luggage, be prepared

Well located within walking distance of the station. Staff very helpful with accommodating my bicycle. The heating does not turn on till October 15 and the weather was cold and wet so none if my clothes dried.

Other reviewers had mentioned that from the outside the hotel is lacklustre, disappointing even, but that the standard of the rooms is excellent. This was my exact experience. Room was very clean and comfortable, with modern fittings and furniture - very happy with it. I also found the manager excellent.

The bedding and mattresses were very comfortable and the personnel very obliging. We got to the hotel pretty late, the covered parking lot in town was already gated shut but the personnel - Jerome was his name- let us keep our bikes in the reception area for the night. The breakfast also was perfect and inexpensive. Basic cold continental breakfast with cheese and ham, cereals, and warm croissants. Everything was perfect. It's not a nice looking hotel from the outside but for the price it's clean and very conveniently located in the center of town.

Convenient location near city centre and train station. Large rooms. Wood structure building, noisy when staff/guests walk up/down stairs. Not own parking, but public (street) parking, if available

Breakfast was basic. The reception desk, if I can call it that because it was just a small desk, was located in the dining area. It was a bit uncomfortable to have breakfast under the eye of the owner. The door to the shower/toilet would not close totally, which was a bit awkward for us.
