Very welcoming staff Very timy rooms, no minibar

Breakfast was good , staff were very helpful Rooms were supposed to be twin rooms but had double beds, room tiny and no aircon working . No tea making facilities

Clean, comfortable; restaurant on site. No large sign on the property--very hard to find. I first went to the IBIS Budget across the street. Then I drove all the way around the block looking for this and still had trouble. The sign is a tiny one next to the entrance, and it is on the small road into the car park.

Lovely hotel next to main train station. Staff really friendly and helpful. Price of drinks at the bar. Very small bathroom.

It was well located and the staff were very friendly and helpful Renovations were taking place when we stayed, meaning there was loud drilling whilst we tried to nap after a long journey. The room was looking tired but I expect these will be updated soon.

The property was close to the station but due to renovation works around the hotel, I had to really look for the entrance but, once found, everything was fine. The room was clean and big enough for a solo traveller. The bathroom was well equipped with hair dryer etc and even had a timed 5 min heating system so that it was nice and warm. Nik

Location to the central station is good, room was clean Signage from the station would be good. Found the staff a little unsympathetic, I spoke only French, maybe with a dodgy accent being English, although lived in France for 20 years, was made to feel lacking. Maybe training in a little empathy for those not of French origin.... There is a whole World of guests out there to be made feel welcome ?
