Everything Nothing

Great room, central location in Tralee I understand the parking limitations, and I am always quite willing to park a short distance away from a centrally located hotel. But the parking “instructions” on our night of arrival were unacceptable. The only overnight alternative offered was a parking garage that closes on Sunday (the next day). So we had to fend for ourselves, eventually finding a legal overnight space at the train station. This process took more than one hour. Subsequent nights went much better. I don’t expect to always have onsite parking. But I do expect the hotel to provide clear instructions for viable alternatives.

Where to start? The was the most incredible place we stayed for our entire vacation. Absolutely spectacular; the facility is elegantly gorgeous. Our room was so incredibly well thought thru in design and details..down to the delightful treats and the clothes steamer. The breakfast was spectacular in the offerings, the deliciousness and the service. Everyone there was genuinely upbeat and engaging. I would rush back here in a blink, so wish we could have stayed longer! I couldn't stay longer...

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY. The staff, the hotel, the room, the restaurant, and the food were excellent. The most gentle, kind souls we met on our 2-week trip across Italy and Ireland. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all slept so well. And, the noise level is great. Could not hear anything once in the room. Everything and everyone.

Breakfast was not in included in a pricey enough room so that was one negative
-
staff + location + modern facilities No Exercise room/eq;uipment and the time lockout key system - If you are there and your room is available you should not have to put in a special requet to override the key system.

Decor Staff at check in was a bit slow

The bed was comfortable. I also liked that it was fairly quiet. I loved Alfie's restaurant. The hotel staff and Alfie's staff were wonderful. I didn't include breakfast in my stay, but did eat breakfast one morning. I think the price was a little high for what was offered.

Very comfortable room, good bed, very helpful staff No problems
-
Very helpful staff. Could get coffee in the morning from the bar. In the center of town.
-
On cycle trip and request a place to store bikes in advance. Staff were very helpful with this on arrival.
-
Very visually appealing, clean, comfortable. Restaurant was easily successful in the morning for breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful both MAEVE in the evening and I think it was Mark in the morning. - they were both extremely helpful and gave excellent recommendations for dining and how to get around It was a lovely hotel, on the higher end of what I usually pay.
