The location worked so well for us! It was convenient to La Ciudad de Artes y Ciencias, and a short walk to Parc Gulliver and the Turia Gardens. There was a bike rental place across the street and so easy to get around the city by bike (which was my absolute favorite thing about Valencia!) We rode to the Bioparc in the morning and then to Patacona Beach in the evening. There is absolutely incredible bicycle infrastructure in the city. Everything is well-labeled, and there are safe bike lanes to get anywhere you might want to go. Pelican Bikes gave me a bike with a phone mount upon my request, so navigating was a breeze. There were several restaurant choices nearby (Kathmandu right next to reception had delicious Indian and Nepali food), and a Carrefour express a block or so away to buy fruit, snacks, and drinks. We got breakfast from Paneo twice and enjoyed everything we got there. We also got lunch from Little Thai which was pretty decent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The only minor thing I could quibble about was the uneven performance of the AC...but we WERE there during a record heat wave for Spain. the AC could have been stronger. #themostamericancomplaintpossible Getting out of the garage on previously rented bicycles was tricky because I couldn't find the card scanner initially. Staff showed me, and everything was easy breezy after that.

Pool area was limited , maybe some area for seating besides beds maybe considered. That was probably the only area I would consider for improvement

My kids thought the rooftop pool was small. Which makes sense for a plunge pool in the middle of the city centre. The sundeck is great and spacious though as are the views from.the roof.

Expensive for non high season but we got what we paid for.

It would have been nice to have a heated pool but it was communicated very clearly that the pool was not heated.

Very nice for the money. Great location with shopping, groceries and many restaurants al within walking distance. Safe area and staff is outstanding. Nice size kitchen area and good sized refrigerator and freezer, microwave and oven. Onsite laundry and pretty much everything you need to spend a brief or extended amount of time. The only difficulty at times is park g. The underground parking is tight so we parked outside like most people do anywhere in similar areas of Valencia. Finding outdoor spots can be a little challenging but we have now stayed here two years in a row and we always have found parking in a reasonable amount of time and within a short convenient walking distance.

There are two bathrooms which was an excellent choice for our family of 4.

We loved the space, the private patio and balconies, the pool and the staff. It's exactly the relaxing spot we were looking for. If anything, our penthouse patio was adjacent to the rooftop pool, so it got a little noisy at times, but only during daylight hours. Not really a big deal.

We appreciated being so close to the City of Arts and Sciences. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, had great a/c and was walking distaince to a market and many restaurants. The front desk was very helpful in suggesting restaurants in the area, arranging a taxi for us, etc. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

Nothing ... everything was excellent!

Excellent apartment in a fabulous location in Valencia. I actually live in Valencia and love this property for my friends and family. The property is modern and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the facilities are very clean. The City of Arts and Sciences is a few minutes away and you can easily catch bus 19 to the city center (15 min ride; €2). Check in was also seamless. Loved everything.

We were there for the marathon so the location was ideal for both the runners and the spectators. The location is also ideal for visiting the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner there. The people at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and people came in each day to straighten up, restock towels and coffee. The only challenge we had was that the two bathrooms were inside of the two bedrooms. Since there were 5 of us, I was sleeping in the living room and had to go through one of the bedrooms to use the bathroom at night.

This was fantastic for our little family of 5 visiting Valencia for the first time. This boutique hotel is walking distance to the City of Arts and Sciences, tons of great restaurants (try Begin restaurant, and Parc Gulliver. It’s absolutely perfect for little ones:) Nothing
