Spacious room, modern facilities, very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff at the reception. There's an automat in the lobby where you can buy little snacks and drinks, very useful! The breakfast place is a little bit tight. Not much diversity, pretty scarce but good quality.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Room 107 and could not have been happier with our experience. Everything was excellent – comfortable, welcoming and beautifully maintained – and it made our time in Valencia even more enjoyable. A truly memorable stay that we would happily repeat and wholeheartedly recommend! We would be delighted to stay here again and, for our next visit, we would definitely love to have the same room, Room 107. Although this is obviously beyond the hotel’s control, some noise from the street terraces can occasionally be heard in the room. It was only a minor inconvenience and did not affect our overall excellent experience.

The location is close to the newly developed area and easy access to the city by bicycle. The fridge is not working. the socket is set too high for the kitchen appliance.

Service was exceptional and wroth every penny and property was near to groceries shops and walkable distance to city center and oceanographic and property has small kitchen which was helpful for us with the kids. Breakfast has a limited options.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating, the room was also super modern and we loved it. The door to the hall had gaps and let lots of noise through. I understand it is common for locals to stay up late, but when children were running up and down shouting at 22:30 it kept disturbing our sleep because the door did not stop the sound.

Clean and comfortable bed. Good AC. Good facilities like microwave and coffee machine. The bathroom could be cleaner, maybe it was a little bit old.
