Great location away from the craziness of S. Marco, front desk staff were always positive & helpful. The light switches were a bit confused at times.

Everything! From staff to stay Beds were just a little too hard but still slept well

Amazing stay with exceptional service The hotel's location is absolutely incredible - it was so convenient to get anywhere. The design is very stylish and unique, and we also loved the courtyard atmosphere. The restaurant was delicious, the wine was excellent, and everything in the room was simply perfect. I would especially like to mention Anna at the reception. We had an unpleasant situation with a taxi, and she immediately got involved, handled everything, and helped us solve the issue. That level of care was great . In general, the administrators and the overall service were truly outstanding. Everything was at the highest level, and our stay left a wonderful impression. We would be very happy to come back. nothing

Great and authentic Hotel

Reaction times of the staff can improve. But not bad overall 8/10 still.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, helpful and always cheerful. Rooms are tight and shower isn’t ideal as the water comes out and then there’s water around the bathroom.

The staff were so friendly and the design was so special. It was a wonderful experience.

The location is great, away from the hoards of tourists The breakfast is delicious Staff were pretty helpful The potent sewage smell in the room at night that woke us up The exorbitant price The room view facing a wall The large shower head didn't work The restaurant team on Sundays are understaffed and overwhelmed. We are hotel guests and waited 30 mins for someone to take our breakfast order

I adored my stay! Everything was exceptional. The staff was over the top, the intricate attention to detail, the location was perfect and a nice solace from the mayhem. I can’t recommend it more!

Fun art deco modern design. Clean, well thought out design. Great staff - friendly & helpful. Although easy to access from airport and roads, the location of the hotel is on the edge of Venice. Almost everywhere we wanted to go was about a 30 mins walk - a little tough when it’s 35+ out

We had a wonderful stay here. The building is gorgeous and the desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, though we speak next to no Italian. It was not particularly close to the Rialto or San Marco but we preferred it that way. There are a few excellent bacaros behind the hotel and so many beautiful canals to explore. Highly recommend.

The service and design were excellent. Also, all my needs were anticipated like water bottle and replenishing water and towels … The light switches were difficult to control and not very intuitive but very small thing … also my tub/shower was a little awkward with glass doors and oversized shower head.

The design of the hotel is phenomenal and the location the best of Venice - close to everything but not crowded or turisty, but rather local. I love it

Loved the design and attention to detail. The rooms were immaculate. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They offered great restaurant recommendations too and helped with last minute bookings. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nothing

Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood within proximity of everything! Beautiful hotel design, the room was comfortable and smelled so nice! The staff was helpful and so friendly. The breakfast food was sub par, stale bread buns, tiny avocado toast. Would’ve expected more compared to their elite dinner options.

Good value Location a little out of main part of city

I liked the location, the staff, the decor, the vibe. It´s a nice place overall. I think it´s not good value for money. The first room i was given was on the same floor then reception, in the noisy lobby. Not only was super noisy and not private but it was also small and dark. Staff at reception says its considered a superior room because it has a private "garden" but it was raining and i really dont want to stay in a room that the door opens for the lobby of the hotel. I have upgraded for a couple of nights and then was sent back to another room which was very dark and small.
