The continental breakfast was well worth the 10 EUROs per person. Also the private tour of the Murano Glass Factory provided by the hotel was a wonderful perk! Really liked the location.. The staff was very friendly and accommodating making you feel most welcomed! Would love to stay again at this hotel! shower floor was a bit slippery. should ask for a shower mat.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True Five-Star Experience During a Stressful Time We originally booked the Panoramic Suite for our one night in Venice before completely unanticipated airline delays turned our stay into five extra days. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience became one of the highlights of our trip because of the incredible team at Palazzo Veneziano. After our airline stranded us in Venice, we had to scramble to book multiple room extensions. The staff went above and beyond to help us through every step. They coordinated water taxi schedules, rearranged our reservations, upgraded us so we didn’t have to keep moving rooms, and even expedited our laundry service during our unexpected stay. That level of care made all the difference. A special thank you to Rima, who was absolutely incredible. She helped arrange a wonderful dinner reservation, booked a fantastic massage, and consistently made us feel cared for throughout our extended stay. We also want to recognize Raul, Michael, Beatrice, Francesco, Stefano, and the wonderful woman from the laundry team. I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name, but your kindness and quick turnaround made a huge difference during an incredibly stressful week. Thank you! Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay exceptional. Stefano especially made every interaction fun and memorable. Every room we stayed in was beautiful. We loved the elegance of the Classic Room, and the Honeymoon Suite was spectacular. The in-room Jacuzzi was phenomenal and the perfect place to relax after days of travel chaos. When unexpected things happen, you truly discover what kind of hotel you’re staying in. Palazzo Veneziano exceeded every expectation with kindness, flexibility, and outstanding hospitality. We can’t recommend them highly enough and will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Venice.

Great location and very easy to find. We were on first floor and could hear the people above us walking and moving furniture.

1. Location is good- slight walk from public transport- it is on the water and I could walk everywhere- I love being active. 2. Staff extremely friendly and I got an upgrade 3. I used the water taxi form the hotel to the airport superb 4. Room comfortable clean new bathroom with bidet 5. They recommended restaurants and things to do- good rec Extra charges for room service Wifi could be slow sometimes- encouraged me to leave and see the city !

The location was fantastic—easy to reach whether arriving by water taxi or car, and situated in a great neighborhood that felt less crowded while still being convenient to explore Venice. Room and location and garden

Cost was high but it was very convenient location. Also we did not have to carry luggage on any boats. We saw many people struggling with their luggage on & off city water buses.

It is a beautiful hotel . polite and friendly staff. quick check in . the breakfast is fantastic also . overall a satisfying stay . it is recommended to stay at somewhere quieter as well.

This is the best of the two worlds. The hotel is situated in one of the best areas in Venice, and the inside of the hotel is as convenient, modern, and upscale as it gets. I would recommend this property to my friends and my family members..

Great location! Away from crowds of San Marco but close enough to walk there easily and close to Vaporetto water bus station so we can go everywhere else. Nothing except for private taxi from Venice Airport was not as organized as we expected. We ended up waiting for them when they were supposed to have sign waiting for us. Our flight was about 40 minutes late from London so that was probably confusing.

Excellent service from reception people. Friendly and helpful in arranging transportation. Nice sized rooms, beautiful and useful furnishings. Loved the shifting color lighting in the bathroom - great as a nightlight and pretty. Appreciated the coffee/tea service. Breakfast not included.
