Everything! The host was wonderful to us - taking time to talk us through the rules of the room, talk us through a map highlighting nice things to do/restaurants/shops nearby. Amazingly, they helped with organizing the best way to arrive from the airport, which was a huge help! The location is located right on the water with restaurants nearby, with great gluten free options. The entire place has a very authentic feeling about it, and very nicely decorated. Overall, we just felt really taken care of and had an extremely pleasant experience!

The property was clean, and have everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. Will return! The bed was very small and too soft for my liking, for such a big room it could have been atleast a double bed the single was very small even for me an average sized guy.

I loved everything about this stay! The host was so friendly and welcoming and provided a lot of detailed recommendations for the area. The location was superb, in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. The space was clean, tasteful, and just a peaceful and comfortable oasis to come to after a bustling day of touring the city. I would highly recommend!

We arrived at 10:30 and were warmly welcomed by Melissa, who was incredibly kind. The location is convenient, especially for late arrivals since taxis can get close to the hotel. She even helped my mom and me carry our luggage to the third floor. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. Even though the bathroom was shared, it was very clean, and other guests were quiet and respectful. We truly loved our stay and feel so lucky we chose this place. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality—it’s easily one of the best places to stay in Venice, if not the world. Everything was great!

As a single man the place worked well for me. I only waited once for the shared bath. My host was lovely, informative, friendly, and kind. My personal adjustment is that at 220 lbs and 6'1' the single bed was a little small and the shower a little tight. However the location has wonderful coffee and dining on the canal within 2 minutes walk. And the city was interesting nearby, especially the shop working on gondolas just 10 minutes away.

The location, is a little bit further from the main streams. Also, sharing a bathroom with the other room in the same floor.

Everything was perfect .. The host was so incredibly warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The location is perfect . You can walk anywhere , and the ferries are right there . Very clean and cozy room and would definitely recommend to anyone .
