Room 205 has bad smells probably from sewage.

I love that it was walking distance to the train station. I love the staff. They were very helpful. And the breakfast was charming and delicious.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance from main train station. You need to walk over a bridge with 70+ steps - many porters will offer to carry your bags for 20 euros (we didn't - carrying them yourself is do able). You are grateful for the location when you see people dragging suits cases for a long distance through the paved streets. Best thing was it was very close to a laundry which is very convenient - 8 euro to wash/8 euro to dry. Nothing in particular. I'm used to more powerful air conditioners in Asia. But it seems to be standard strength in hotels in Italy. One of the concierges didn't understand English well.

Sink drain malfunction, mattresses the opposite of cushy and comfortable.

Walls are not very soundproof, could hear other people coming in from outside and walking around upstairs. Had an issue with the hot water initially, although the maintenance person came promptly, turns out they just needed to turn up the hot water heater dial. Apt was a little older and darker.

Enjoyed our stay at this great hotel. Everyone that works there were very kind and helpful!

The property was close to the train station and grand canal. Nothing, everything was great.

The location was excellent. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect

The lady who greeted us at reception desk was lovely! She filled us with info on how to get around and find restaurants. The location was super convenient being close to the train and bus stations. The outside of the property looked very well kept. We found the room to be very small. The air conditioner leaked and we had a gigantic puddle of water on the floor. The room was sloped and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close fully unless it was hinged with a hook. The sink had no surround counter to it, so there was nowhere to put any of our cosmetics and toiletries. The shower was extremely small.

The staff gave information and instructions. Not clean and large enough for me. The room was quite small, The toilet and shower area was very small.

The location is perfect, rooms clean and modern. Beds need to be a bit softer
