Location and helpful staff. Leonardo and Simone were always ready and willing help us!

The location was convenient but quiet and peaceful. The room had everything we needed for a short stay. A little old school and tacky. Staff weren’t incredibly friendly but were not rude at all.

I last minute rebooked here after a horrible night nearby. Best decision I made my whole time in Belgrade. Great location.big room, great air conditioning during a heat wave, friendly and helpful staff. I have nothing negative to say about this place. It was a great value for what I paid and a top notch hotel.

Location was great! We woke up in the middle of the night with ants crawling in our bed and there were tons of ants on the floor as well. Some sort of ant infestation in that hotel.

Clean and the staff very supportive. Location excellent

It's a very quiet area. Which is I am OK for the quiet, but meaning not so many shops surrounding. It's about 2 km to go to St. Mark Basilica. If you arrived by train, meaning you have to cross at the very big bridge, meaning you cannot carry your luggage yourself. Hire the porter

It was fairly close to the train station and in a secluded area.

Breakfast was very good and location perfect.

The staff at breakfast was nice so was the staff at the reception, house keeping was well More color pictures on the walls from Venice or nature or art effects of Italian artist would be nice

Great location, lovely room, delicious generous breakfast Staff not very personable

The location is great, a bit away from the crowds, but very close to Piazzale Roma, train station, and several major vaporetto stops.

The property was clean. The male front desk staff who was on duty for the night of April 26,2025 was really bad in customer service. I requested twin beds room and got confirmation from the hotel via email 1 days before my arrival. However, when I got into my room, the beds were not separated and there was only 1 blanket and 1 bed sheet for 2 side-by-side twin beds. I came down with my luggage telling the front desk that I requested 2 twin beds. He confirmed that the room should have set up as twin beds and told me to check again. I went up and confirmed the beds were next to each other without additional blankets and bedsheet in the room, so I came down again to the front desk and asked for help to separate the beds as twin beds and asked for another set of blankets and bedsheet. This staff told me that he couldn’t help with it and had no way to separate the beds because “it’s not my job.”That was literary exactly what he said to my face as a guest. So… is it my job to bring my own blankets and bedsheets when staying at a hotel, especially after the hotel confirming me on my request with 2 twin beds? He didn’t seem sorry about his words/action and the hotel under-deliver its promise to a guest booking. Unacceptable. Also, the hotel location wasn’t that great - the entrance was very private and the alley to it was locked and closed at night. So I had to detour for a longer walk to the hotel after dinner.

the location is perfect. 5 minutes walk to the train station. 20-30 minutes walk to all attraction spots. very friendly staffs. they hold our luggages for us when we arrived at the hotel 2 hours prior check in time. breakfast is good and priced reasonable. nothing

The room was very clean. I had an online meeting, and the receptionist was kind enough to let me stay in the restaurant after checkout to join it. The hotel is very close to Venice Santa Lucia railway station. The hotel had one iron and it was broken.
