We've stayed in Venice 4 times and decided to try a different location--and we were not disappointed! Our room had a canal view, which I think is a must when in Venice! Our check-in was seamless, and our room was perfect! And the gorgeous historical courtyard was such a bonus....and we caught it right as the wisteria was blooming!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from Piazzale Roma and Zattere. Big, lush green garden in the middle of the town, big rooms, very well equipped.

The staff was welcoming, WiFi was good and easy walk to restaurants. Limited public water bus aka vaporetto transportation with only line 2 and 5.1 I believe closest to the hotel.

The staff was amazing, incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was cozy, quiet, and very well located. The room was very big, comfy and quiet. Everything was perfect and the staff( everybody), made our trip unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend a better place. Just to say something is that there was no way to switch off the batroom light. Other than that anything to say

Gorgeous quirky hotel. Amazing arrival by water taxi and would highly recommend. Arrival and departure drinks were a lovely touch.

We were warmly welcomed to the property and quickly checked in. We arrived early and the room wasn't ready, but they offered to hold our bags and place them in the room for us. They also offered coffee and cookies while we checked in. After a day of play and returning later in the evening, we were greeted by name and shown to our room. Everything was just as expected, no complaints.
