It was like having an apartment away from home. Very good area to go out and have a walk. Close by to very nice restaurants and 2 blocks away from the beach front. Bathroom and shower are more updated than others we've stayed at. Room was spacious and great lighting. Beds where not too hard or soft and you definitely didn't feel the springs underneath. Check in was great... but you do have to be in contact because it is not self check in. Parking is not free and you do need to call ahead to verify how and where you can park. They do have the courtesy to have basic toiletries available. All in all it's a great place. I don't really have complaints.

Excellent facilities, location and staff. Miguel was very helpful and keen on guiding us. The location is also very good, close to many attractions. We took a few minutes to work out how to do the check in, but apart from that, the rest was great. Maybe the check out at 11am is too early, in many hotels it is at noon.

It's a great value and very close to the beach, very walkable. Best night's sleep with a very comfortable bed. Hotel interior only 1 year old so the fixtures are all brand new. Staff very friendly and accommodating. While the wifi showed fast download and upload speeds on newer devices, my laptops that were a few years old showed speeds 1/10 as fast.

Staff, comfort, shower, privacy. It wasso niceI didn't want to leave. The owner Miguel and his son Jr were so sweet and accommodating. Nice extended stay with a small fridge for.yoir juices and prebiotics A little noisy from the street and after a little bit, it's just nice to have a kitchen to make pasta and not have to.eat out but way too comfortable to complain. I will be back.

- Great location in the neighbourhood Reforma full of restaurants and bars and one step away from one of the beaches - Great staff that can be reached via WhatsApp if desired and even drove me to the bus station for free - Stylish, new rooms - Fast internet plus comfortable chair to work with - The most economic room is a little small but big enough if you ask me

We LOVED this property. Everything is brand new and sparkling clean. The room we stayed in was HUGE. The hotel is located in a fun neighborhood where you can walk to everything. It’s right around the corner from a delicious vegan restaurant which I loved as I’m vegan. You can walk the coast as well and there is also a mescaleria a block away. Miguelangelo was a very gracious host and we will definitely be back next time we are in Veracruz! The property also has private parking which was nice as we were on a roadtrip from nyc!
