Location was good. Not far from the Aquarium and the coast. Pretty reasonable prices on food all around. The lady did not honor the price of the reservation on booking.com raised the price although I had been promised a much lower one.

The rooms didn't come with a refrigerator which would have been nice. The staff was kind enough to allow us to put our medication in the main fridge in the lodge.

My room was too small. TV didn't work right, no sound. I asked if they could check their security videos for missing fishing rod in the lobby, but they made all kinds of excuses

The staff lie about the place villa Del Mar was another hotel that didn’t exist anymore. When I called to ask if it was the same place they yes. I ask right across the street from the beach they said yes. It’s was 3 blocks way, dirty and pictures fake. Real bad experience I end up going to another hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. AC worked silently and kept the moon cool, tV has a wide range of channels to choose from. The staff is not friendly and the service is poor. Pool.is too small and and noisy , it was crowded since it was opened till it closed. I expected a bigger pool .
