The location is great The sheets looks old and not white. We got only 2 towels, (not hands, face and floor towels) the towels looks old. The walls need some paint. The shower looks dirty and with mold.

The elevator broke the first day. No coffee maker, no hand towels, only one little shampoo for two people.

Didn’t like anything about this hotel it’s a run down hotel. Hotel is in good location But it’s run down Hotel has roaches ,walls are dirty and sheets, towels been to hell and came back.

They helped me with my bags. They gave me the option to leave my baby carriage. They were able to guide me around the local areas a bit more during the carnaval. This was extremely terrible and not acceptable as I was traveling with my spouse and my 6-month-old baby boy. Upon arrival, they charged MORE than what was stated on Booking.com, they said it was for taxes. The elevator was not in service and they originally wanted us to carry our luggage, baby carriage, and all of our belongings up 4 flights of stairs but they eventually stated they'd help us carry everything up to our room. We needed one more night and I was offered a room on a higher floor, floor 6 (which technically is the 8th and top floor level of the building since the pool and 1st floor are not included in the numbering). This was INSANE! They wanted to charge me MORE for a room that was higher with no elevator, and no TV, not that I cared about the TV but at that altitude, the wifi didn't even reach our room, my spouse was tired with baby in arms and was unable to come and go as she pleased since the flights of stairs were too much to stomach just to go get water and there wasn't any room service available since the room phone didn't work. I wish I would've demanded a refund but I was too exhausted to even go through the notions.
