Very hot. No air conditioning

Location No AC. Fridge did not work

The size of the hotel was very nice. 1) Air-conditioning is only provided in the rooms during the daytime. At night, the hotel turns off all air-conditioning units, depriving its guests of useful sleep during unbearable hot summer days 2) There was only 1 working elevator with guests frequently using 3) Bath tub didn´t properly drain 4) Room had several bugs, even before opening any windows 5) Upholstery was worn and ripped

No AC

The hotel was basic, but it was clean. Self checkin procedure was easy, as I arrived post 10pm, when reception closes. Metro station is only 3 minutes away Pillows were too thick. It was hard to sleep on the. Our room had no AC machine, we could see the whole where it once stood, and it got quite hot at night

No aircondition, it was quite hot for a Swedish visitor.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I experienced a lot of noise during my stay: from the adjacent rooms through very thin doors and from the street through the window. The noise was very disturbing, and I slept quite badly at night.

I booked that hotel unintentionally from the outer door of your same hotel in Bad Mergentheim Germany. It was getting late and I needed a room and one of the guest explained and helped me register a room which can only be done online We then waited for the password only to find it did not work. We then called the number for problems and after much discussion we were told we booked a sister hotel that was in Vienna. We then booked the proper hotel with the intent that the manager we had just talked to could cancel the mistake that just happened a few minutes earlier but can’t. My wife and I have used booking.com numerous times over the years and I have gotten to the point where I would rather use other sources to find a hotel.

Really good hotel, just a minutes walk to the center. The neighborhood is really nice, with restaurants and supermarkets around. Also U4 is just a few meters away. It was clean, the staff was really nice. The breakfast was really good and fresh. The elevetors are really slow, we were at 6th floor and it was quicker to use the stairs. But not a problem if you are not in a rush.

Very nice old school hotel. It was very clean, comfortable and staff was kind and helpful. The beds were comfy, and the rooms are spacious. The Metro station is close and the city center is a short walk away. The sound isolation was not great. I could hear every time someone was talking in a room next door or in the hallways. Also the room on the seventh floor was not great, I changed to a room on the third floor later and it was much better.

Nice location

Great staff, easy check in/check out. Breakfast was amazing! We were able to park at the property. Some of the room amenities might need some updating but overall nice.

The staffs were friendly ,rooms are clean and location is very good The facilities is poor,elevators are really old

The glass door of the bathroom, although not entirely transparent, was a nightmare. It felt like we had no privacy, because not only could you see, but you could also hear everything.

Everything was great! The hotel has an excellent location. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again.
