The Hotel Personnel were very friendly and helpful. I had to check in late after stipulated Check In time because of delays in Train and I could check out late. I could leave my baggage when I checked out which was so helpful to me, especially because of the especially hot weather. I got my big water bottle filled for me which was also quite nice. I am very thankful to the Hotel and happy with my stay. NA

Located near Rathaus (City Hall) with easy access to the public transportation. Good breakfast Room and bathroom to small (narrow) to our liking, no A/C

Price, room, breakfast, pleasant front desk. Entrance was a little eerie and cavernous, shared with other apartments. Front door kept open on occassion. Had to go up a small flight of stairs to reach the little elevator.

Location just behind the Rathasus, so easy access to touristy stuff and the u-bahn. There' s a Billa just around the corner for your groceries/snacks and a cafe with delicious bagels. Room was clean, compact and comfortable, nothing to complain.

Location literally close to everything including a small grocery store. the room itself and the host were absolutely amazing. The room was perfect had everything you needed. The hosts were very nice and as a solo traveler it felt as if i wasn’t alone. If i needed anything they would have helped me.

A decent hotel located very close to the main attractions. The room was very warm, which was great. The breakfast wasn’t particularly varied, but it was good and filling. There’s no kettle in the room, and not even a bottle of water is provided, but you can get free hot water or cold water from a pitcher at reception. Tea and coffee are available for a fee. Depending on where your room is located, you may need to walk through a cold hallway to reach reception. The shower isn’t a separate room but rather an enclosed area within the bathroom – however, it works fine. The TV isn’t a smart TV and only has about 10 channels, all in German. Despite the central location, we mostly used public transport with a 24-hour travel pass, which was quite economical.

Nice staff, clean and comfortable room, great value. Breakfast was great, hotel was quiet. A bit of a quieter neighborhood but only a short walk from attractions. Would stay again!

Room is nice, perfect for a family of four. Breakfast is good. Little far from the Vienna's Main Train Station. About almost one hour if you walk. 20-25 minutes taxi ride (it depends on the traffic). Do not underestimate your travel time for you not to miss your train.
