Ubicación excelente, espacio amplio, hay café gratis en el corredor y sombrillas útiles cuando llueve, el personal muy amable No tenía aire acondicionado pero dejaron un ventilador, la recepción hay que subir escaleras.

A very well run hotel in an excellent location.

The staff member who answered the bell was rude and aggressive from the start. I was sent to a neighboring building with unclear instructions. No solution was offered, and we were forced to book another hotel in the middle of the night.
-
I liked everything except the 15 steps from the street to the lobby of the building.

Very authentic hotel with beautiful high ceilings and balcony with old doors. Huge room. Is around the corner in a different building from reception and up a cute old elevator. Lots of useful information about getting around Vienna included. In a fantastic location.

The location is great, you can take advantage of it to visit several museums and return to take a break. It’s quite old, and the room felt hot in the afternoon and we had to open the windows which in the night made a lot of noise. Also the mattress had a funny smell like humidity.

It is in a wonderful location for anyone interested in visiting some of the best art museums in the world. The service was efficient but unobtrusive. Staff were friendly and helpful.
-
It was still quite chilly outside, especially at night, and no heat in the room.
-
Staff was not often at the front desk but sometimes down the hall, but very friendly and helpful when there. Didn't take our used coffee cups one day.

Room size, location No key to room, no free breakfast

Amazing location. Beautiful settings. You need to like older buildings and furniture to really enjoy it (what we do). If you are more after modern interior design you might not be as happy as we were. Breakfast was exceptionally abundant and again in beautiful dining room. We liked everything. Someone might have issues with older furniture an screeching floors (nut it belongs to the type of building). The first stairs behind the entrance before getting to the lift might be limiting to ppl with the movement difficulties.

Location is fabulous and we even have a big deck. Nothing

A holding bar in the shower would be welcome for seniors and people with disabilities. A problem all over Europe....
-
The location is great, the breakfast is so delicious and room is clean and comfortable.

It was really cold in Vienna when I traveled and it seemed that heater could properly keep the room warm.

Breakfast was amazing. It was like a giant cheese plate, with endless choices of cheese, freshly baked goods, dried fruits, fresh fruits, vegetables, cold cuts, caprese salad, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals, and more. There was a machine that makes espresso drinks, several tea and juice options, and oat and cow's milks. Excellent location within walking distance to several sights and public transportation. It would have been nice to have been in the same building as the check-in office and the breakfast. Also, we were there in late December, and the prices were significantly higher than those posted on the hotel's own website.

I stayed directly across from the kitchen prep room and unfortunately in the mornings it's not conducive to sleeping in, as a light sleeper, it was not the right location. For my wife the bathroom was small for her as there was no place to store any of her bathroom accessories.

The rooms were big, old, and beautiful! Lots of charm. Near public transit and in the museum district. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms smelled a bit like sewage initially but we left the doors opened to the bathrooms to air them out and that helped.
-
Central, easy access to everything. Room was clean. Check in check out extremely smooth. Nothing

The rooms are located in a great area. However, it’s a very old building and the rooms with old furniture and. It very clean. Staff is ok. It was bot clean enough furniture super old.
