Might be far from some tourist destinations and ac is not cold enough
-
Comfortable rooms, loved the garden and bar. Also close to other restaurants. Having no staff on duty after 11pm seems a little strange

A truly beautiful boutique hotel set in a historic building with a unique and charming design. The rooms are stylish and spacious, featuring authentic wooden parquet floors that add a lot of character (yes, they even have that classic creaky feel, which I personally loved). My room was very large and extremely comfortable, with a huge bathroom that felt luxurious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming — they even accommodated an early check-in, which was much appreciated after the journey. The hotel also has a small gym, but it’s well-equipped with everything you need for a decent workout. There is also a sauna available, although it operates on a pre-booking basis, and unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try it. As a note rather than a downside: if you’re planning your trip around walking in the city center, keep in mind that the hotel is not located right in the center. You’ll need a short ride to get there, but it’s still very manageable.

the close proximity to train station was great. instruction to get in was thorough and made it easy to enter. the room was very spacious and clean. the art decor was nice and welcoming. the shower drainage was bad and leaked water all over bathroom floor.

I didn’t even get to stay here, but this was the WORST hotel experience I’ve had. I booked through Booking.com and informed the hotel in advance that my flight was delayed, which they had told me to do so if I was arriving late (Check-in hours are between 2-10pm). They provided a night porter’s number and instructed me to call 30 minutes before arrival. I tried calling repeatedly with NO answer whatsoever. When I arrived around 10–11pm, the hotel gates were locked and there was no way to get in. Another couple arrived and accessed their room via a lock-box code, an option I was never offered. They let me into the hotel lobby, but everything was locked and there was no one around to help out. It was such a frustrating situation and I I was left stranded at night and had to book another hotel nearby. The hotel later claimed the self check-in option is only available for one room per night and that all other late arrivals rely on the night porter. If that’s the case, they need to ensure the night porter is reachable. I received my full refund but this was such an inconvenience especially at that time of the night in an unfamiliar city.

-

Nice building and interior felt very tidy. Staff were very helpful. Location was good for me (I was at a conference round at VIECON). my room was spacious and fresh in appearance. Would recommend this hotel, would use again if needed. No breakfast was a very minor thing but they have an arrangement (discount) for a coffee shop round the corner which turned out to be very good, and as this information was advertised really a non issue thinkning about it.

The hotel itself and the location were nice. Very clean and nice area After we left, they charged us 20 euro for each hotel card we did not return. We left very early the morning of our check out and did not know where to return the keys. There was no drop off box at the front desk door or anything. I have never been charged for hotel key cards at any hotel I've ever stayed at, yet they charged 20 euro EACH. Seemed like a scam to be honest. Nobody even told us to leave them anywhere (not that we wanted to keep them). The person who checked us in never mentioned anything to us about that. If they were going to charge 20 euro each, they should say something up front and not rely on a paper they hand out.
