I would rate my stay as average. While the hotel has its merits, there were a few significant downsides that impacted my comfort. First and most importantly, the room ventilation was poor. Due to hotel policy, the windows could only be opened slightly, leaving just a narrow gap. Because of this, the air in the room felt stale, and neither the air conditioning nor the ventilation system helped much. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made the humidity worse. I was also disappointed with the amenities. Only one towel per person was provided, though it would be much better to have at least two. Lastly, the breakfast was a letdown. The selection of food was very limited, and unfortunately, it didn't taste good.

breakfast, location is very good

Very functional hotel with good price/quality ratio. Simple room, comfortable beds. A/C didn’t seem to be very strong. Location was excellent for me. Breakfast room had plenty of space to sit at the time I got there but was extremely, extremely busy with tons of people. All in all, the hotel works fine. Very middle of the road. I would add that I had several special requests and each time, despite being super busy, the front desk staff was VERY accommodating. This was impressive.

This is a no-frills hotel that is good for large groups, families, and business travelers. They do a great job of creating spaces to gather in and children's play areas. It was conveniently located, and for nights when you don't want to go out, on-site restaurant is quiet and well-priced. I also liked that they had many stations for free filtered water. The rooms were very small and bare-bones, and the amenities were minimal - a hand-towel would be a nice addition.

Very good cleaning Chairs Bathroom very slippy
-
Very comfortable bed, felt safe, good hot shower, decent restaurant on site. In room hot water pot. Narrow ramps in parking garage, even for a small Toyota yards. Parking expensive.

I appreciated the personal approach from Receptionist when I asked to change on the last moment the room from carpet to non-carpet room (I did not share my alergie requirement in advance, by my mistake) - and hotel reacted positively!!! THANK YOU. all good

Everything was just great they are giving very very good service
-
Low internet speed. Air conditioner didn't work.
-
Location and access to public transport. Hotel cleanliness. The kids playing area. No locker even inside a family room. The room was too small. No room for even standing properly. The receptionists were dead cold and rude.

staff, room and facilities were great

A really nice and comfy hotel to the North of the historical center and close to a lot of museums in the old Warsaw Ghetto. Well connected to public transport and provides filtered water for free. The wifi was barely working, which is problematic if you have work to do or just want to rest in your room at the end of the long day with a video or two.

Parking at this hotel is a separate source of stress. It is so narrow that you have to park the car almost flush against the wall, and then you can only get out through the passenger door—and even that with difficulty. Getting in and out is even worse: there is almost no space to maneuver, and you have to make endless adjustments just to line up with the exit. I have more than 20 years of driving experience, but even for me this was very stressful and uncomfortable. This parking setup is completely poorly designed and ruins the overall impression of the hotel.
